Awesome service. The male cashier helped me take my items to the car due to me being on crutches. He was very helpful and professional.

Was ok...they tend to have stuff all over the place. Carts full of stock blocking isles and products. They may need more manpower.

I love customer service there. I live about two miles from the store and its convenient. However sometimes they may be out of stock of the item youre looking for.

Great place to shop...has a lot of items almost everyone needs, but needs more storage space. When a shipment of goods comes in they have nowhere to put them except in the aisles on the floor, making it difficult to walk down the aisles. (This is a problem Ive seen at multiple Dollar General stores in multiple cities...you really need to do something about this Dollar General corporate management...this seems to be a system-wide problem). Other than that Im happy with all the DG stores Ive been to.

Every single one one of these places is either run down or in the process of being robbed when you arrive.

Great for a quick shopping trip. Mostly due to merchandise being easy to find and not so many choices of stuff ya cant decide on the choice of what items you want/need. The casheirs have never been rude but very helpful when needed. Never gave me a reason to complain at all. Its location is great(for me anyways). I dont have a long long commute time to or from this particular location. All smiles 😁

It is conveniently located when I am traveling to my destination. The store is packed with a variety of reasonably priced items.

Found what I went in for but the store is so messy and the aisles are full of un stocked merchandise which makes it very difficult to move around. Not to mention the staff and customers standing around just chit chatting or just hanging around talking on the phone making it difficult for others to get to the items they need. They could use some lessons in organization, customer service and simple business procedures.

This dollar general is so ghetto. Normally the cashiers are very sweet and greet you with a hello as soon as you come through the door, which is great. But when it comes down to getting help their is know one around. You have to go searching for them. I called this location ghetto because Ive never went into a dollar general and the cashier was having a conversation on her personal phone while on speaker while she is checking out customers. Talk about multitasking, I guess it works for some people but I thought it was rude.

Its good value for your money. Nice personnel are usually working there.Lots of locations.

Had a large basket and a very pleasant young lady that checked us out and did extra to give the discount on a multiple item purchase

I wont go inside anymore as the outside is filthy. Looks like they dumped the garbage can out in the grass. If the outside is dirty the inside probably is too. They need some pride in ownership at this store.

Average Dollar General. Lots of stuff on the shelves. Lots of stuff on the floor. Good employees that do the best they can to keep up with where things are at. i stopped in for some batteries, and it took about five minutes to find them. Youd think that would be a staple item, even included in some sort of orientation. They will have what you want in a pinch. Try them.

Went for hanes face masks. The clerk seemed a bit impatient.

Mike the manager is a super guy. The Dollar General on 96 has a bunch of racists in there and you couldnt cut the tension w a razor wheel. Moody Rd &Feagin Mill are always so nice and helpful. Thanks staff at Dollar General at Food Lion!!

Quick in and out

Good place to make some last minute purchased if you dont want to go to a big store. Lines usually move pretty slow, especially around break time or in the evening. My experience with the staff have been pleasant.

Prices are much better than W.M., and less walking.

The people were extremely friendly and I was in and out.

The store was a mess and the isles were filled with so much inventory you could hardly walk through with a cart. The line was 12 deep and per usual only one cashier was avaiable to cash out the customers. The cashier was also unenthusiastic and slow. So pretty much one point with every other dollar general from here to Alabama.

I like this Dollar General!! They always seem to have what the other DG stores dont have stocked!! Friendly staff!!! Store is clean for the most part. Parking can be very difficult at times with this location. Ive had a few close calls with other drivers trying to get until the lot.

HORRIBLE! Waited in line for 15 mins! Its the holiday season so both registers should be open. They opened the other reg after a customer had to find the manager and she was only taking cards because she didnt wanna count her cash draw!

My friend asked me to pick up something really quick, and I couldnt find it. The cashier was extremely nice & helpful.

Too junky!! Had carts in the middle of the isle with things on them, I couldnt move them to get what I needed, and there was only 1 person working! So the line was long!!!

Dollar general on hwy 96 was horrible the new so called manger that dont know what to do and dont do half of what he is suspose to do and he dont care either was horrible you couldnt even get down some of the isles for the carts of stuff that was in the whole isle and just think there is a clearance sale going on this weekend but how would you get to the stuff or know what was cleance for all the stuff in the isles. Its an absolute mess when the other manger was there it wasnt like that.

Good place to grab snacks and they have a great dollar isle also The new boy that works there has a really pretty face and I like his hair

I go here all the time as its right down the road and have always been treated kindly and spoken to when walk in, this visit was the worst, very rude customer service as cashier was closing and it was soo packed I didnt see the sign and she picked it up and slammed it on the counter and sad I am Close real hateful another customer watched it and came to me and said wow just wow, that was very rude! She didnt have a name tag so dont know her name, I hope to not see her there in the future, if I go back
