Had a flat tire yesterday, called AAA and they sent out Benjamin from Marc’s towing.Benjamin was excellent! He is kind, professional, engaging and fast!It was nice to meet such a wonderful person, who was efficient and took pride in his work. He is a true accent to the tow company. I locked my keys in my van on Wed 9/24 at a park in Plymouth and had to call AAA. A very friendly, professional young man who works at Marcs Towing came an opened my door in less than 20 seconds. He was so nice about it all and didnt make me feel like a dummy. His name is Cole Rippel and he was very courteous, professional, easy to talk to had a mask on and was quick! He made my whole day. Thanks Cole!I always like it when Marcs Towing comes to assist me when I call AAA.

The people at marcs are good people, Ive had issues in the past with them, nobody likes getting their car towed, yet they were still extremely nice to me, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to make it home.Its not often I tip the impound lot, but they firmly deserved a tip.

At about 12:40 PM, they cut across one of the illegal no turns in between the highway sides. I was going on 495 towards cape cod and they cut across and almost took me out. Didnt have time to get license plate but was able to get company name on truck. Very unprofessional company that driver deserves to lose not only his job but his license in general.

Worst experience with them very unprofessional. Two days in a row the guy never came by after scheduling to release my car. Drove from New Bedford twice for nothing and still got charged the daily fees after speaking to a manager. Awful service. Zero stars for me

Last night I needed a jump start. I called at 730p.m. very prompt timing. Devon was the service driver he was absolutely amazing. Very polite, helpful and extremely caring about the situation. Marcs towing is the absolute best towing company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with alot. Would rate 5 stars on service without a doubt.

Cam showed up locked keys in my car...got me into the vehicle in a minute flat. I was in a real terrible situation he saved me big time. Give this man a raise!

Tow truck crossed 2 lanes at a high rate of speed and then cut me off to pull into the chick filet parking lot at 10pm in Plymouth then meet another tow truck . Young driver that did not care much for safety ...not impressed. Will not be using Marcs.I hope the owner will have a talk with the driver.If it was an emergency I would not have wrote this.but obviously it was not.

Worst company ever!! When picking up my car on the side of the road the man Fought with me on whether or not my car was broken. Then I leave him and he repeats my address to me and it was correct. He tells me he’s going to go a different way because he has to get gas for his truck. I said that’s fine I’ll see you back there. He said OK. I waited in my driveway for 40 minutes and he never showed up. I then called the company and ask them where he was and he had told the company he dropped my car off, I had then proceeded to tell them that my car is not here and I’m waiting for it. Come to find out the man dropped my car off at a different house left my keys in the driver seat and left. He didn’t call me or make sure I was at the house before he left my car. I am furious at this! I will never use them again!!

I got a flat yesterday they were there in 5 minutes and the guy was great he fixed it quick was nice. I would definitely recommend them.In reading some of these reviews I see some bad things. I guess it depends what driver you get. Cuz my driver was exceptional I wish I knew his name so you can request.

I locked my keys in my car in west Wareham and Marc’s towing unlocked my doors free of charge. They made my day!!! I will def recommend them from now on!

Was involved in a bad accident on sunday august 4th right in front of marcs towing. The driver Matt who saw the accident was very helpful. The next day Dave helped us out immensely. What a great company.

Driver showed up to my house never called never said a word. my dad asked him to wait as he had to follow the truck to give the shop the keys and the car information and the guy left after being asked to wait. Car was not tied down at all just lifted up on the wrecker and pulled away....terrible experience terrible service, now my dad has to fly on his motorcycle to get to the shop to meet the operator....really disappointed guy gave an attitude also called AAA and let them know of the terrible experience. Worst service ever. Aaa should drop them as a towing contractor. I wish -5 was an option. First quote on service 45 min. Then after 45 minutes assigned to a truck in Weymouth for service in Kingston. Yet not in route just assigned. Then 1 1/2 hrs assigned to different truck in Plymouth on waterfront. 45 minutes later stil not enroute. Then 30 minutes later enroute. Truck sat 30 mins exit 5 dunkin donuts while supposedly enroute. Then left dunkin donuts heading south to another call while labeled enroute to me. Original call 1224, now 3pm still waiting car in the middle blocking parking lot. Kingston PD why is car still in the middle of the lot.

John from Marcs was extremely professional and took extreme care of my vehicle when it needed to be flatbeded due to a blown tire. Would recommend 10/10 times.

I weighted 3 hours for a truck and when he finally got here he said he saw my car in another auto shop 3 days earlier and proceded to call me a lier and said i was trying to steal my own car. I had proof of ownership and paperwork for the work i had done. He said screw you to me and drove away. Never using this service again.

Driver cut me off to exit the highway and the got behind me a d cut his strobe lights on lik6he was the police tail gating me

Called at 6 am with a broken down fuel truck and was told by night driver to call back around 7:15 am when somebody should be in the office, he didnt know muchAboul heavy hauling, glad I didnt go with them.
