Beware of them not sending you a contract stating that for every ton over their limit it is $100.00 charge. Was charged an extra $400 with an Im sorry we never sent you the contract. We would have been careful not to exceed the limit and would have asked for another 30 yard roll off instead well take our business elsewhere. BAD BUSINESS BEWARE!

We have had them twice now for renovations and even though I called last minute to request a dumpster to stay longer, they accommodated us and said no problem. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend! Also, very competitive prices.

Called ahead to drop off a boat, And got a specific price when I went to check out they charge me almost an additional $200 because they said the boat was totall. Then I went back with a garage clean out, and no one tells you that there is a 1500 pound minimum so I got charge for an additional 900 pounds of weights that I did not bring

I loaded my truck with scrap metal and drove to TriCounty. When I entered the gate area, I saw a sign “closed for scrap.” Just an FYI if your planning to go there.

Tri-County Recycling far exceeded my expectations in everything. Their customer service is excellent! I would like to emphasize that I called about 7 or 8 times within a half hour because of my own fault. I was constantly changing my mind with respect to size of dumpster, when I would like for it to be dropped off at the pre-determined location, different times I would like to be accommodated by (for them delivering and picking up the dumpster), in addition to a plethora of questions I had about permitted items, cost by weight, time I get to use the dumpster before additional fees get added, etc. Quite frankly, I was (in my own opinion) a difficult customer, but the staff at Tri-County Recycling treated me like royalty, during every phone call. I am so happy I chose them to provide the dumpster I needed to help clear out an old house. I will definitely give Tri-County Recycling my business with every need I have for their services in the future. I will also strongly recommend them to everyone I know because I am 100% satisfied with their services and kindness. I encourage everyone who reads this review to give Tri-County Recycling your business.

I called late in the day and was able to get a dumpster the next day at a great price. Scheduled the pickup over the phone and it was a very easy transaction!

I cant say enough positive things about this company! My girlfriend sold her house in Ware, so we had to make a trip down from our place, in Maine, to clear out all the junk one accumulates after living somewhere for 7 years. We called tri-county 2 weeks in advance and booked a 15 yard dumpster. They quoted me a fair price, and never charged my account until the job was finished. Fred arrived with our dumpster right on time, and bent over backwards to accommodate our unique needs - having a shared driveway, an elevated front lawn on a steep incline, etc. Suffice it to say we did not make dropping off the dumpster easy for him. Unflustered, he remained a consummate professional, and was just an all around pleasure to work with. He found a solution for us, and was Johnny-on-the-spot when it came time to pick up our trash later that day. We thank you, Fred, you were amazing! Once we were back in Maine, my account was charged for the agreed upon price. This whole process was made exponentially easier thanks to the people at Tri-County. I could not endorse another business any higher.
