I needed about 100 pocket knives and aluminum bottle opener keychains custom engraved quickly as gifts, and sent out a quote on Yelp to ten different engraving companies within 15 miles of me to see what kinds of quotes Id get (I love this feature!)The owner of Prosys Laser Engraving is named David and he was one of the very first to respond. Hes a consummate professional, was very quick to respond to my request for a quote, and patiently answered all of my questions.Prosys Laser Engraving provided, by far, the best quote in terms of pricing and turnaround time: a $35.00 setup fee and $0.50 per engraving with one business day to complete my order. SUCH a great deal! Im actually not entirely sure how he keeps the lights on with such rock-bottom prices. All the other engravers quoted me at a minimum of $2.00 per item, sometimes with setup fee, which was not a great deal for the larger quantity that I was looking to get engraved.I drove over to Prosys Laser Technology with a couple of samples of both the pocket knife and keychain with me, and David gave me a personal tour of the facility. They have top of the line CO2 and fiber engraving machines that engrave on metal, leather, ceramic, crystal, and acrylic. They also have a CNC router that can make custom wooden signs among other projects, as well as a full color printer that prints on cylinder bottles.Side note! I also got custom printed logos of my family members mountain bike team on about 20 bottles for them, which turned our decent.David finished engraving the knife and keychain samples for me on the same day; the quality of the engravings were very crisp and turned out great. I completed the order of the remaining pocket knives with him and am very satisfied with his work.Prosys has a fast turnaround time, fantastic prices, and an incredible selection of different kinds of custom items you can get engraved and customized. I enjoy supporting small businesses in my area just like his. Im very thankful for his great work on this project and look forward to working with him on future engraving projects! (:
