I would like to share a review of Krish post COVID. Weve been a customer for over 6 years. The quality has been reasonable for an overseas firm. I find the technical abilities of their developers vary, but they are able to accomplish difficult tasks with the right team. Sometimes the simplest tasks are the most difficult and vice versa. COVID has affected everyones e-commerce business differently. The sales for our business went from hero to zero little overnight in early March. Once COVID hit, we needed to save all remaining hours for security patches only. Initially we had a disagreement regarding the expiration date of the remaining hours. It was not possible to continue to spend non-essential tasks, we needed to cut spending and save needed cash. It took multiple conversations, but ultimately they understood how bad our business was affected and made the situation right. Overall, im appreciative to how they are working with us during these tough times. Hopefully, this period will soon pass for everyone, and business can return to normal.
