First of all, when I called to ask how long the wait was, I was told 25 minutes. I arrive exactly 25 minutes later and have to wait another 30+ minutes after that. Ended up being about an hour.Experience of haircut wasnt terrible, but I wasnt offered to be shampooed. Conversation was pretty awkward and forced; didnt feel comfortable with my hairdresser. Surprising thing was she was the most friendly in the building at the time.The shocking part was the cost: almost 27 dollars, NOT including a tip. Its insane to be charging that kind of money for a half inch cut with a clipper all around!Ive been consistently getting way better service at Fantastic Sams for years. They always give me a shampoo, hot face towel, hair product, even a drink while youre waiting. And they only bumped their prices up to 22 dollars during the pandemic. This was my first time ever coming to a supercuts. Since I moved around here I thought I might give it a try.Needless to say I will never be coming back here. Im not gonna pay such a ridiculous price for barely acceptable service. Only come here if you have money and time to burn.

Super cuts is definitely a great place to get your haircut at. The staff is quite helpful at helping you choose if you want a new style. And proficient enough to be able to execute most requests given to them. The only downside to this establishment is the prize. It is quite costly to come and get your haircut here

Told the lady how I wanted my hair and then she proceeded to write it down and then she messed up my sides. She then continued to cut half off the front which I specifically told her not to do. Its a great place but only when the stylist actually pays attention to what you want.

Took my 2 year old and 11 year old daughters for a trim. The stylist was so good with my girls. My 11 year old loved her cut and my two year old did great. She was so patient with my little girl. I wish I remembered her name. Thanks for making my little girls hair cut experience not scary for her 😊

Shout out to Samantha for an awesome cut!!!! It was clean and the conversation was decent so well worth the money honestly. Also the cut is $12 which is a banging deal!!! Store is well kept, wait times are kept to a minimum, staff is friendly and professional I know I will be back with the rest of the fam!!!! Highly recommend come check it out its in the Staples mall on Valley and Grand

Never tried Supercuts before . I recieved a coupon for a free haircut so I gave it a try .Girl who cut my hair was short tempered and when I explained to her how I would like my hair cut especially with my cowlick she seemed bothered with it .I asked her to make abit of adjustment and trim a bit closer and thinner after she said she finished with my haircut she said it would be an additional charge . I asked her why and she seem like she did not want to explain and was just short tempered. Maybe it was the disdain look and attitude towards ethnic hairstyles . Even if that is not correct, the feeling and impression she gave leans to anyone who thinks that .It is a shame I would have like a local place to go to .

Good service, clean place, easy call-in appointment and iPad check-in. They keep a tab on customers and how they want their haircuts which is helpful if you must switch if your regular stylist is not available which is seldom. Over-all great experience with my local Supercuts in Walnut so far!!

I absolutely love this place. Ever since i found this place, Ive continued to comeback. Here they listen got great deals and take care of you. Also the hot towel at the end is the best.

Not the best of experiences. The lady that cut my hair kept complaining about how she was about to quit her job, it was pretty awkward. And to top it off, she cut my hair WAY too short when I told her multiple times to just even it out. Not coming back.

Decided to give Supercuts a try. Horrible experience Desiree proceed to cut my hair. I showed her all the profiles of the hair cut I wanted but my haircut did not even come close to the pictures I showed her. She gave me a mens haircut😩 ...She didnt show me the back of what she was cutting and by the time she showed me she had cut off to much of my hair and again not close to the style I had asked for. I am so depressed ☹️ it will take a year that 360 day to grow my hair close to what it was...

I was looking for the number online to cut mine and my daughters hair.. And come across bad reviews about cecilia... I dont usually write comments but cecilia always does my hair and i love it ... Not everyone will be satisfied maybe they want free haircuts etc. or maybe they are used to someone doing the same thing over and over again.. That when someone else does it, it isnt the same as the one before... Me and my daughter always get our hair done by cecilia for years not just in this location but in recent salons that shes worked in and i have no complaints ..

I got a hair cut here and I asked cecelia for a trim. she cut my hair so bad it cant be fixed. Im so upset I cant even see how she was trying to do it. basically it is a horrible hack job and now Im stuck like that until it grows out.just read stans review he sounds like an employee not a customer. Im sorry but no guy I know would do a review like that. its probably just supercuts trying to do damage control.if I could post a before and after picture nobody would let this lady touch their hair it is that bad!!!!!!!!!!
