Unless you are already a client, I do not recommending trying them as I contacted them on two occasions to ascertain pricing information. They did respond timely the first time stating their pricing was on their website, however it is not on their website for Service of Process or for E-filing. I replied asking for clarification. They did not respond. A firm should know what they are getting into cost wise before engaging a vendor. A vendor who wishes for new clients should be more responsive and/or have a more specific pricing listed on their website, which includes all available services and not just some, and presume that those are the only services I would be needing pricing for.
Alex told me he sent a doc runner to get a very time sensitive document from the probate court but the server was turned away because the document needs to be ordered a day in advance. I already paid the $75 rush charge. I was told if I want the document asap (the next day) I would have to accept another rush charge.I called the court and 2 clerks said the document was never ordered, also it is a recent file and does not need to be ordered. Alex blatantly lied and had the balls to tried to charge me again when he knew he was in the wrong. Never dealt with a worse process server/doc runner, and I called 2-3 every day. Garbage doesnt begin to describe these guys. Not worth the headache.
D&T Legal Services always provide great service! Highly Recommended!
D&T did a GREAT job of serving papers to a known, and slippery, con man. They said theyd give it five attempts and they did it on the second try without a stakeout. Good job! Well definitely use them again if we ever need to (hope not!) and would highly recommend them.
Fast and very professional. They dont give-up and they get the job DONE! Thanks D and T!
D&T fails at producing reciepts for payment and delivery of service. 5 days, two phone calls and several emails to request a reciept for paymemt. The staff are incompetent and incapable of understanding a basic request.Go somewhere else. They dont deserve to be in business.
