‼️DO NOT USE THEM‼️ I wish I would have gone with Land Title. Horrible uneasy experience with my escrow/closing. I spoke with 3-4 different people regarding documents that should have been in their system since day 1. When speaking to ALL these people that those docs were signed and done they stated they couldn’t find them. THANK GOODNESS I kept copies. When I informed them of my copies and when they were signed and who notarized it( docs were notarized by title one people ) so how or why the couldn’t be located confuses me. Also, another very important doc to go with my closing was misplaced by them so they called AGAIN and I had to explain to them AGAIN it was already done and was taken to their office WEEKS ago. From beginning to end my experience with them has been very awful and VERY UNEASY!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! They need to learn how to do their job !

Always love working with Joanne, Maria and the team. I never have to worry about the closing/escrow documents/timeline when it is in their hands. Came in to handle a notarial issue, everyone was super friendly and easy to interact with. While I havent had to deal with real estate in Walla Walla yet, they would be the first people Id go to, just because of their great attitude and helpfulness.
