I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now and they never disappoint! Best pedicures for a great price, and the staff is always super kind & positive. I absolutely recommend anybody to come here, and I will continue to come here!

I’ve never written a review so you know it’s bad. I Went in for a full set and he made all my fingers bleed pretty bad and had me pay before putting the polish on. He didn’t even put my nails under the light so they were wet and getting bubbly and dented. The shape and everything was terrible. Everyone else there is rude. Do not waste your money here.

I am newer to the Westside and wanted to try out this place. It was the 4th weekend and they were busy. I didnt have an appointment and had to wait just a short time. I got a chance to experience the atmosphere. It was very clean and professional. No nail salon smell. There were many repeat customers.People were all really friendly. Once at the Pedi station, it was super comfortable. The lighting was a bit dim over my seat which made it more relaxing. I got the deluxe package and in whole, my Pedi was about an hour. They prefer cash payment but I didnt have cash. I paid with a debit and then did Venmo for a tip. Oh and they have the cutest childrens Pedi stations. I am looking forward to my next visit

Are you kidding me? They used COVID as an excuse to raise the Price and offer less! If you are charging more because of more protection to your customers, it should be listed or at least visible. There was no Protection customer to customer, no cleaning after equipment (pedi chairs) were done being used. I was told that the “could not offer the same tools to be used anymore” which meant lousy finish and then I was told to go sit out in my car to Have my polish dry. Really?? Again, if you are improving safety, I have no problem with the price adjustment. But this nail salon continues to disappoint. I’ll travel to Grandville or Grand Rapids to get the service I am paying for.

Dear customer who felt that her daughter was treated disrespectfully by me I wish u would have discussed this with me at the time of the appointment. I would have liked the chance to discuss this in person. As the owner, I try to be respectful, as I do my employees, to our customers.

Got my nails filled Tuesday, went in Friday as 5 of my nails were peeling. They told me to come back 5 hours later they could fix them after calling me out in front of the whole salon and accusing me of not getting my nails done there, after explaining things people were doing that day suddenly the guy remembered me but no one would confess to filling my nails. They were rude. I will never go back here again.

If I had it my way, i wouldnt put no star. This place is horrible, they had me wait for an 1 and an half and they let 2 customer cut in forte of me, when they were walk in just as well as I way, let time I went i left an pretty good 10.00 dollar tip to the guy who did my nails and after yesterday, i will never go back here again because they were rude, so i am done with this place, they lost an very good customer who probably come in every 3 time an month, but the first time i went there the guy cut me pretty good on my finger but i wanted to give them another chance, and he did okay the second chance but after my third chance and they made me wait for an good 1 hour and 30 minutes as well and had 2 customer cut in forte of me, nope done! JUST RUDE WORKERS! I WILL GO TO ANOTHER PLACE FOR THEM TO GET MY GOOD HARD WORKING MONEY! YOU LOST AN DAMN GOOD CUSTOMER!

Trish is completely rude to customers and its not a culture thing. Ill never go there again. She needs to work on her customer service,very unhappy with her and her work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommend anywhere else!

I do not recommend you send your teenager to Trish shes very rude and condescending made my daughter cry once we left we had to go back to have Trish refix her paint job because it did not look good at all. Trish is very rude and lacks people skills. This will be the last time I come to studio nails. Once you meet Trish you will see my point.

The salon itself was a great place, but the woman who did my full set (name unknown) was very pushy to get me to spend more money when I made it clear more than once that I dont want the more expensive products and to top it off she botched my nails. They are uneven as far as thickness goes and cut shorter than I had requested and when she used the electric filer on my cuticles she did it so hard that 4 of my fingers started to bleed and ignored all of my complaints.

As a customer who witnessed this interaction. I did not see the teenager cry or hear the owner be condesending . If you are unhappy, then you have the option to go to a different salon. Posting false statements is a rude and unkind gesture!

My wife went to this nail salon and it was awful. They charged her for EVERYTHING extra. An acrylic full set shouldnt cost $45. They charged her extra because she wanted a shape of nail other than square. This place is a rip off. They didnt massage her hands or use lotion or have her even wash her hands at any point. This cant be sanitary. The person who worked on her used a brush to wipe off the nail shavings from her hands THAT HAD OTHER PEOPLES NAIL SHAVINGS IN IT. It was gross. Shes never going back. Rip off. Unsanitary. Pass.

Terrible place! Came here to get shellac for my WEDDING. The lighting in the salon is bad. So when I changed my mind about color, the owner starting yelling at me from across the salon!!

I went here for a pedicure, the place I normally go to had no open appointments. I walked in without an appointment and was seen within 10 mins. I got the deluxe pedicure. It was the best and longest pedi I ever have gotten. She made small talk with me, asked me about my day and how my weekend was. Actually a pregnant lady started me off, and she asked me later if everything was ok, she might be the owner. She was very nice. I feel bad I didnt get any names.

I liked this place until they started cutting corners. Got simple mani and no lotion pedi took 15min and was rushed. Not happy.

I give this place one star only because I cant rate it zero stars. My daughter came in on Saturday and already three of her nails have fallen off. We came back in today, and the pregnant lady who did her nails has approached us three times, arguing and being disrespectful, and dismissing us with a wave of her hand. Her attitude was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. We will not come back.

Argued with me about the service I asked for and tried to bully me into an upsell. I wasnt thrilled w end result and asked for some chrome powder on top and was told no even though there were no other customers and they have the product I asked for. Charged me twice as much as what the sign said the service cost.
