Hacked, 8$ tip, 30$ more to try and get it fixed same day. Still havent heard back from them. Before and after desperately finding someone to help.

Rachel was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted as far as a haircut and gave great feedback on what the cut was going to look like everyday. She put me at ease with going to a drastically different cut- I went from middle/low back length of hair to a collarbone length bob. I love my new cut and the confidence I have with it.

Ive gone here for years and its always a great time Ive switched stylists several times. I went from Devin to Amanda and now Im at Rachel! The other 2 stylists left but I met each new stylist while getting my hair done by the one before. I created connections with these ladies and they are amazing people. Rachel has by far always been a delight whenever I go in. She knows exactly what I want and we always have something to talk about. She makes me feel comfortable and shows she cares what I want. If shes on the floor alone while someone is on lunch she will answer the phone and check in customers that just walked in and will inform them of their estimated wait time. At this particular supercuts you dont feel like youre undermined or like the stylists act like theyre better than you. You feel important. You and the stylists are on the same level of respect and it makes communicating so much easier than previous places Ive gone to. PLEASE please show Rachel as much appreciation as she deserves! Shes amazing!

We came in for a cut. I for a trim and my friend for a fix. ( due to a uneven improper cut from another hair salon)Hailey took her time to properly cut and trim both our hair. She made us feel important and not rushed.Thank you!! Will come back again!

I really enjoyed the haircut I got here. The staff were awesome and the haircut turned out great. The issue came when I went to pay for my haircut. I went to pay and they had me use a seperate payment device to input my tip. I put in my tip and went to pay and saw that a 20% payment fee was added on. This means that if you want to give a $3 tip, you need to pay $3.60. I dont know where the 20% payment fee is going, but I have never seen any business charge you to pay them more. I dont know of any payment processor that chargers that much. I imagine the strategy is to guilt people who feel bad about not tipping into giving more money, but I feel sorry for hairdressers working there that will miss out on tips from people not wanting to pay for the privilege of tipping. This practice is anti-consumer and anti-employee, and I will not return until it stops since I can go to any other hair cut place and not deal with these kinds of ridiculous practices.Update:I emailed them as they asked me to do saying this:Hello,I posted a review where I pointed out an exorbitant 20% fee on tips left on a card. I was told to email you so you could explain why this practice was implemented. I understand that electronic transactions carry a fee associated with them, but typically that fee is under 5% and you already handle card transactions and absorb that fee when people pay for any of your products prior to tipping. I have never seen any other company charge people a fee to tip, and I dont understand why your company would charge a fee so exorbitantly high. Either your payment processor is completely ripping you off, or you are trying to make money off people tipping your employees. Neither of these practices are acceptable. They hurt the customer and hurt your employees as their customers are now incentivized to tip less.I look forward to your response,They replied with:Jack,Thank you for getting back to me, the tippy system that we are using is a third party company we have chosen, and that is their fee for using it, I apologize that your stylist did not explain this to you before you proceeded to use it.Essentially they take no responsibility for using a company that charges such a high fee for leaving a tip. As is easy to see by walking into any restaurant or similar business, there are plenty of third party payment providers that allow you to leave a tip without such a high fee, or any fee at all. Supercuts position on this is essentially we chose this payment company, so things are the way they are They chose to use one that charges a 20% fee that is not revealed on the payment device until you enter in your tip amount. I really enjoy the haircuts I get here, and I am very sad to say I wont return until they fix this.

Went to Supercuts b/c I needed a cut SO bad! Always nervous about chain hair salons. Hailee hooked me up with an amazing cut/style/wash and eyebrow wax. She is REALLY good. So impressed, will definitely be back.

I made an appointment, only to have them tell it would be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes after my appointment time they were finally ready. Less than five minutes later I was out the door. They need some one in charge to keep a schedual.

I have a very simple haircut that I get done here everu once and a while I am blessed with the same stylist somehow every time I come in and she is there they do a quick easy and fantastic job here and although my haircut is easy I have had several people from other places mess it up in the past so as long as this place is in business it is where Im going. Wonderful staff, reasonable prices and easy location. Love it!

They cut my hair the other day! They did an amazing job. Didnt take too long and they did what I asked. Didnt cut too much and made my hair healthy again. They also cut my boyfriends hair and always do a great job. He doesnt fo anywhere else anymore.

Staff are really mean poor costumer service. I book my appointment n didnt respect the time, i was on time n still make me wait 45 minutes more they give my place to someone on front of me n acting like i never book my appointment very very disrespectful.

I had a few great experiences with this place, They do a great job with eyebrow waxing. At first when I got them done, I had these weird bumps under my eyebrows and later found out i have really sensitive skin to wax. so the next time i came in they fixed the problem using a special wax and cream to make sure I didnt break out in hives. I also came to this place for highlights, I wanted a few highlights underneath my hair the lady at the desk charged me 55$ for 7 strings of highlights I probably couldve done by myself at home. I feel like it was a little pricey and I dont have thick or that long of hair. A week after I got the 55$ highlights, My hair started falling out! the highlighted parts only though... I am not blaming the hair dresser as my hair probably isnt used to those kinds of chemicals. Wont be getting my hair dyed from here again will continue the eyebrow waxing !

I wish I would have gotten the stylist name who cut my hair , I had grown it for a while just to see what it looked like long , I cane to in and told her what I would like and she did a great job , I got a lot of compliments from work and on social media.. thank you

Got there 2 hours before they closed but the lady 1cutting my daughters hair rushed through it like we walked in there just before they lock the doors or something. She left really long strands of hair and didnt even cut some of it at all. Highly disappointed, last time going in there.

The woman that cut my hair was not welcoming whats so ever. She looked at my hair like she never cut thick curly hair before. She told me that if I got layers cut throughout my hair my afro which wasnt an afro at all, would get bigger and worse.

I got my hair cut there today. Worst cut ever. I showed the lady the cut I wanted and she cut it the way she wanted. Took about 5 mins and cost me $14.75. Ill never get my hair done there again. Im very dissatisfied.

Made an appointment cause I knew I had somewhere to be afterwords so I needed to get in and put. Sat here for an hour while one girl finished on a walk in and the other girl dyed her hair. Would not recommend. Horrible customer service. No one checked on me at all, no one made if seem like they cared I had just been sitting there.

Ive been coming here since Borics next to Target went out of business and since the lead stylist from Supercuts (Amy) moved across the street to Ulta. Im a sucker for a cheap trim, and typically they dont do me wrong, except a bad brow waxing experience that I realized was from a facial topical that I had been using. I wasnt mad then, I still gave her a 20% tip as always. So I went in to get a keratin treatment and cut about a week or so ago, and my hair has never felt or looked worse, mind you I have mostly natural shoulder length hair that I havent dyed or even toned since Feb 2015. I asked for a simple trim, just to remove the dead ends and thought that was understood, most of the Girls who have cut my hair there seemed to have understood what I was looking for. Towards the end while she was about to blow out my hair she told me she had added texture to the cut. I never asked for texture. I want and like my hair to be one length. Of course I didnt get all upset in the salon as Im not a child and hair grows back but she went against what I asked for and imposed what she thought would look good on me. Thats not okay. Its my hair, Im paying this company and you to cut my hair how I want it cut. I dont know about you but I am certainly not interested in paying for some stupid straight out of cosmetology school chick to go Willy nilly with a pair of scissors and do whatever she thinks will look best. She also recommended that I use protein, which is the opposite of what my hair needs, protein would make my hair incredibly coarse. Its kinda messed up when you know more about hair than your hairdresser. I cant remember her name but she has mid length hair, half brown half red. I highly recommend you not let this woman cut your hair. Shes pissed me off enough to stop going to Supercuts entirely. I wasnt going to make this review but as time goes on I get increasingly dissatisfied with my hair, I cant even put it into a ponytail without hair falling out!

Worst haircut ive ever had,atleast fer doing male haircuts. My wife had a wonderful cut,except me. The cut was just rushed thru nd the stylist that did my cut wasent very talkative at all. My wifes cut was nice but she said that the stylist was just as bad as mine. Never nd i mean never will i or the wife waste time to go get a cut there especially considering they didnt listen at all about the type of cut we wanted
