They always do a nice job cutting hair. The stylists are very friendly. Usually not a very long wait.. and you can sign in online. Parking is ok... you may need to park in the back and come in the rear entrance.

The hair stylists are nice but the store is closed at random times. Friday at 5, place is closed, saturday at 2, place closed. This was happening before covid so they cant really use that as an excuse. Their website also tells you there is a 0 minute wait time then you show up and guess what? Closed. It also seems like you can tell 4 different stylists the same thing and your hair still ends up different.

Well for one thing... there are no chairs or people to cut your hair. There is a giant plastic drop cloth on the floor and wires hanging from the ceiling though. Oh yeah. I think someone stole the sign out front.

Had them do a color as I was recovering from shoulder surgery. I came home and I had color all over my ears, neck and forehead! W.T.H ? I know it was cheaper than a standard salon...but come on!

Poor hair stylists - cant do a fade properlyOn Saturdays and Sundays they are super crowded and their wok seems rush so expect cuts and painful scratches done by the unprofessional hands that belong to the hairstylists.In conclusion: The hair cutters are just moms with razors

This place is very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, and the haircut I got reflected it: its a conveyor belt system with the next available stylist coming out to call out your name. The haircut was not very good. But can I really blame the stylist whom I picked at random? The cutting area is crowded with several stylists packed in a small area, talking and cutting at the same time. Its so noisy, I couldnt hear her and she couldnt hear me. Couldnt find parking either so had to park in the back near the post office. Not all Supercuts franchises are alike, I know. I usually go to the Emerson branch where I got great cuts but its permanently closed now. Will look for another Supercuts branch (or perhaps Great Clips or Sports Clips) in the area.
