Im pretty sure Matt is an angel. He goes above and beyond. He explains things in a simple way. He knows what hes doing. Hes very good at giving updates. Overall, this has been the best customer service Ive ever received. Would recommend to anyone who needs computer services.

Our hard drive had an issue, it was very important for us to retrieve all the photos and videos, it got fixed here with a very reasonable price, I believe if I have had to try BestBuy not only it would have cost me double but also it would have taken way longer time. We appreciate their work!

Good people good service a little pricey but worth the service

I’ve used Computer Surgeon’s several times and I’ve always been very impressed. My computer was hacked several months ago. I called and talked to Matt. He was very calm, while I was freaking out. He calmed my fears and walked me thru what I should do. He told me what I should in the future to prevent this. I can’t say enough great things about Computer Surgeon’s and Matt!
