Treated yard for fleas 5 days later it was worse

Steve Fell came by for an estimate for a rodent problem I was having and was amazing. Very knowledgeable, didnt try and exaggerate any issues or try and say a bunch of bogus to make it seem like he knew his stuff like many others have done in the past. He was very professional and gave me some honest feedback for the issues I was having and talked to me about everything that could be done to help solve the issue. I currently use a different company for my general pest control needs that didnt do rodent issues and now may switch to Ipest for my general needs just because how pleasant an experience I had with this free estimate. Glad their are still good honest people out there willing to put in effort even when you arent a paying customer!

Billy is great and corrected a problem caused by another technician. There was a misunderstanding and our traps were removed before the infestation was eradicated. As of this point in time, it appears we are rat free. They put cameras in our attic to monitor activity after traps were no longer catching anything. I am editing my review to reflect the improved service provided.

Did the job when promised. Waiting to see final results.I started with this company when we moved to the area a year ago. I have been extremely satisfied with their service. When we moved in, there were multiple insects, (small roaches) present. Moving from dry West Texas to humid Central Texas, this was somewhat disconcerting. After an initial treatment, they were gone. No problem since.Brandon is an excellent technician, very pleasant. Glad to have them taking care of our bugs.

Their representatives are very professional yet personable. They spray every 2 months to ensure you are pest free. If by chance you see even a single bug they will come out and spray again, no questions asked! Outstanding business focused around their customers.

Today, 6 August, 2020 I had a very pleasant experience with your Pest Control Technician, Mr. J.R Suniga. He was very professional, extremely courteous and prompt in taking care of our monthly Pest Control Issues. He listened to all of my concerns and then immediately went to work on our homes exterior and front and back yards and also was very thorough when spraying the inside of the home. I’ve been with I-Pest Solutions since 2017 and their work ethic is superb. I know that Mr. Suniga is new to the IPest staff and my belief is that he will be a great asset to the Company.

Saw the IPest van show up last Thursday & I walked out to greet because I had a major question & concern. Our garage & front porch was covered with webs & dead bugs I could not reach nor move with a broom to dust off?Asked Billy why & how could I have them removed. He pulled out a unique kind of broom & an extender & away he went. Billy kindly took the time to just start brushing them away & answering my questions as to why a new home would look as if weve lived in our home for 25 years. Billy explained that spiders have long legs & that their abdomen has to touch the poison to kill so they can easily find their ways in garages and mostly because we live out in the country. I just couldnt believe that Billy was kind enough to take the time clean yucky dead bug webs for me & sprayed a big wasp nest & then knocked it down! Then to spray for icky pests. When I returned home, I noticed he had even done away with the wasp nest! Billy was great! He was very personable, patient & polite. Thanks for having him on your team!

Way before the shelter in place, we called iPest to look why wasps were getting into the house, and to spray the outside of the h ou use.The problem started when the guy was over 2 hours late, and did not call. I called and the company said they were just about to call ME and that he would be there in an hour. Well he finally showed up, found some potential entry points for the wasps and stated he would get back with us that day on a quote.Three weeks later we still not have heard from the guy or the company. I do not know what is going on, but neither the service tech or the office staff seems to be responsive. I will never call them again, and suggest you do the same

And even better, he was nice and showed me a place on the outside of our home where a vent had come loose and wasps were nesting just inside. My husband is unable to make repairs like that and Billy offered to tack the vent back in place until a more permanent repair can be made.
