During the walk-though of our new home, I met the 855Bugs technician that treated the house. After a brief conversation, he detailed the services he performed for the house. I found him to be personable and knowledgeable. When I decided to get a quarterly plan for treatment, I contacted them and actually spoke to the same technician from that first meeting. From my first interaction to my last quarterly service with 855Bugs, I can say they have been very professional and will continue to use them without question.

I do not like sharing my living space with bugs of any kind. These guys were so responsive and their customer service is outstanding!! Started with them when I moved into the house and found Wasps in the chimney and all around the house. They can out that day took care of everything, came back and did a recheck the following week. I then got set up on quarterly service which is great. They remember so I dont have to. They have always been prompt, professional and do great work.

My tenant called with what she thought was Termites. We have never had bug problems before so I called to set up an appointment. Everything was handled super professionally and they got a service tech out there the next day. We ended up not having termites at all, which was a huge blessing, and the tech took care of the carpenter ants quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend them. Our tenant was very pleased with the service.

I called about a particular issue and to renew my termite warranty. I got a response quickly and a visit scheduled and completed very fast. The inspection seemed thorough, and there was no problem restarting my warranty. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day, and they also delivered great customer service and did a quick and effective job of ending the pest issue we were experiencing.

They are willing to be at my house at 8a.m. helps me with my work schedule and my dogs can go outside in about 45 minutes. If there are any signs of bugs in my house they take care of it immediately.
