I used The Laundry Rooms wash and fold with pick up and drop off service for the first time on Monday, April 19,2021. I was able to select when I wanted my laundry picked up and returned and also how i wanted my laundry washed ...hot/cold... bleach or non chlorine/detergent, etc..I had a choice of what I wanted folded or what should be hung on hangers.Well let me say I was beyond pleased with every aspect of The Laundry Rooms service and finished product. .I had filled 2 bags ...one with whites and one with coloreds, which I left on my front porch. They picked up my clothes in a timely manner of the morning I had requested .They returned the clothes to my porch in 2 separate clear bags the next morning as I had also requested and to my delight the shirts,shorts,towels, jackets, sweats, sheets etc.were folded better than I could have done...I mean neat/sharp/clean...really really well done...All the clothes smelled fresh and looked great. ! I was surprised that so much time and effort was taken to secure such an outstanding and truly professional result that I had to write this review to let everyone know that if your in need of a competent, efficient and professional laundry service that does it all for you then please do not hesitate to get in touch with this group: The Laundry Room at Foothill, Vista CA. PS; I used to use the common unpleasant laundry room at my apartment complex...Not any more !!!!!!

Love that this place is new and clean. But the owner always comes in without a mask. Makes me feel unsafe knowing he doesn’t care. Make my oh think of the other place he goes to and doesn’t care. Other the. That I like it. Kinda pricey. And don’t use the credit card machine cuz I’m sure it doesn’t charge you right. Last few times I used my card the final price on my bill didn’t seem correct

Machines are new they remodeled the entire place. Staff very friendly and helpful .

The laundromat is always clean. Some machines havent been repaired even after years. Still the nicest, its clean.

I have been greeted kindly every time I arrive and the person working is always very sweet. I overloaded a machine with clothes once and they didn’t get clean enough, totally my fault, the lady working noticed I was rewashing them and gave me a free wash! She is always kind and friendly, yes, there are usually some machines out of order, but it has never hindered my ability to get my laundry done.

Its super clean and close to home, but the lady that was here was so rude. She treated me like someone less than her and claimed I hit her with a cart when all I did was move it to a side. She was kind to the man that was there, and kept dancing in front of him. Maybe check your that your staff stays professional with everyone.

The Laundry Mat is always clean.Even though Parents dont always clean up after their children. The Staff Lady has always gone out of her way to great me and help me gets my whites nice and bright

A lot of machines and dryers are out of order and have been since before Thanksgiving (now late July) which makes it seem more busy than it is. So I do not come here very often anymore. It gets hot in here, not enough circulation. Hardly any seating especially when there are a lot of children in there (not complaining, just stating). The lady working in there on this particular day was not friendly at all, as a matter of fact I would say she was rude us. I felt glared at even when I smiled at her. Seems as though because I dont speak Spanish. She made me feel as though I was in her way. Believe me, I do my best to not be in anybodys way. I realize, no one wants to be here. So I make sure to not be in their way so they can get out of the laundromat. The lady I have seen before at night time was friendly and helpful but that was months ago (I do not know if that lady is still working here). This employee that was working today makes me not want to come back and put my money into their machines.

This place USED to be the best, now its run down and dirty. The lady who works their is never their, so theirs never any help when you need it which you all ways do now. The machines are always out of order and dirty, theirs ants and I found a syringe in a washer once. Its so bad here what happened? The prices went up for what reason? They are not using the extra money to keep the place up. The owner should know how bad this place is now and I hope they know, or maybe they know and just dont care their getting the money from people no matter what. Theirs a lady who worked her before and I believe shes at their other location near the 78 she kept this place perfect she worked hard and was very sweet and always willing to help. But since she left this place it has just become garbage, Ive been coming for yrs and I will find somewhere else because its not worth it! If you do come proceed with caution it may do the job sorta but you never know what will happen to you belongings and you will loose money.

I will start with when my son and I arrived to do laundry, it was pleasant at first, but that quickly changed when the woman who worked there asked us to move our chairs out of the path of traffic. We didnt have a problem with it. We moved our chairs, then she asked within minutes of us moving our chairs to move again so that she could get a laundry cart that was behind the chairs that we were seated in. We didnt have a problem with that either. But then she kept staring at us to see if we were upset. Next she began speaking in Spanish to the other customers. She and the customers started saying very mean and unprofessional things about us. I thought to myself, You dont even know us. I also thought that you should remember that, were the reason that you have a Job! She behaved so unprofessionally that I couldnt believe it. We had just finished washing our clothes, placed them in the dryer, when she approached us again this time it was to ask, if we would move our Laundry hamper off the ground, because she wanted to sweep the area. Mind you, we were in the back and off to the side of the Laundry mat. I thought to myself, if you were going to sweep , then why not start where the other people were in the front? I just looked at her like are you kidding me, because it was clear that she was being petty. She said never mind, thats okay and walked away. She returned again about five minutes later to ask if we wanted our folding table wiped off and we said no. I was annoyed, but again, it was clear that she was trying to provoke a response that wasnt necessary in the first place. I ignored her for the rest of our time there. To top it off, it was sweltering. I mean it felt like it was at least 100 hundred degrees in there. I have a pet peeve about employees being unprofessional. And this woman was and is the epitome of unprofessional-ism. Some may disagree with me, because she seemed to pick and choose whom she was nice to, In my opinion, she should be replaced. Employees are reflective of the business that they work in. I spent almost five dollars drying my clothes. I will say this, I was shocked at the behavior and brazen rudeness of this woman and the other patrons to say the least, because I had washed at this facility only once before and it was one of the most pleasant experiences, but not anymore. I will not spend my money there again.

Very convenient location, next to Starbucks and Albertsons. The laundromat is very clean and there is an attendant the majority of the day.They have a soap dispensers in case your forget to bring something.I like they they have different size machines all very well kept.

I use to like coming here because it was a 5 minute drive from my house. The lady that works here is rude and kept reminding me that they closed at 9pm( even when I arrived at 7pm). I knew what time they closed. I dont know why she kept rushing me to leave. Also, the lady kept telling me that I wasnt washing my clothes properly. That Im suppose to do it a certain way (which involved adding more money). I asked for a refund because the dryers didnt work and she got upset and made a big deal. The washers are always dirty too. I have to clean them myself before I place my dirty clothes.

Please understand that this is a public laundry establishment!!!when you leave your clothing in the wash or dryer past the time on the machine, hinder others who wish to do their laundry!!!if you put your clothes in the wash for 35 minutes and you dont come back until 15 minutes after your laundry is done, the establishment has every rite to take your laundry out of the washer so others can take their turn, this world isnt all about you!!!this happened on sunday and the gentleman got upset because the attendant removed his clothing so other can use the machine, she placed his laundry in the rolling basket and placed in across from the machines he was using, when the attendant approached the man he was putting his laundry in the dryer he didnt have to look for it!!!he then got rude and indignant then proceeded to write a bad review, if you put as much attention into taking care of your personal laundry then you did arguing with, bad mouthing the attendant and writing a bad review, the situation you brought upon yourself would have never happened

The establishment is well kept, with a decent variety of machines. It is unfortunate that the attendant employed here is extremely unpleasant. Id go somewhere else if you wish to be treated with dignity.

The lady with the short curly hair and glasses publicly made fun of us for asking for help while having an issue closing the door for a washer machine. Ive been here before and dont normally have a problem with the doors but her publicly making fun of us in Spanish was unnecessary because she thought we didnt know spanish.

Yeah, dont go here unless you want to be characterized as intimidating. You get ignored by the staff and told that you look a certain way so they dont approach or speak to you and treat you less than a human being...

The lady who is in charge removed my clothes and made me search for them. Then proceeds to tell me that I left it for over an hour. When I provided her my time line she changed her story. I asked for the # to corporate she said do some research and figure it out hahaha . 100 percent unprofessional and Belligerent attitude.

Love this Laundromat! Its clean and modern, the staff (3 different ladies, so far) are friendly enough (the fact that they even HAVE someone there is a BIG plus!) and they speak English! I dont have to stumble thru my broken Spanish to ask a question! Lol They close at 9p, so get there by 8..... =)

We lost our house and contents therefore, ive been laundry matting it since December 2017, foot hill laundry is the cleanest in north county, machines need work, or upgraded but thats OK. What i cant tolerate is rude employees, nor should i have to. There is two, who run this location. One, of them never cared for me.You just know this. Call it womans intuition or what have you. Without getting into details, im just warming you.You will come up against her, and she will be rude to you. She obviously is a unhappy person,trying to act tuff and mean. Terrible, after today, i wont be back. Pity..

First and last time coming here, so many of the machines were out of order, the prices are way to jacked up compared to other laundrymats ive been to. The washers dont properly wash the clothes my whites didnt even look like they went through a washing machine. The dryers suck its .25 cents for 4 minutes??? They didnt even dry my clothes after i put half a load in it and 1.50 later i still have damp clothes!!!!The attendant working here felt the need to watch my every move, she kept staring at me, it irritated me to the point that i took my clothes out half way and went somewhere else. This place is horrible, the washers and dryers are crappy, and the attendant there is way to nosey and invasive of personal space. I will never ever ever come back to this place. Ill wash by hand befor i consider this place as an option again.

Never use the Atm on the washing machine and driers !!! They dont post the atm fees!!!

I was just kicked out, literally, with 15 minutes left on my clothes. It is my fault, I didnt notice that they are not open 24hrs, but saying Next time we close doors on you is not a way to get me to return.The place is also filthy af.
