After being a long time customer we have been treated extremely poorly this week. They called me a liar when in fact we have been very honest with every order even calling in and paying for things that were sent to us by mistake. If I say I didn’t receive an item then I didn’t receive it! For lee mar to insult me over a minor item after being a loyal customer for 6 years Proves to me this company doesn’t know what customer service is. It’s already very difficult to make returns and now with poor customer service and personally insulting me I won’t be doing business with them anymore. I urge others to not wast time with lee mar pet supply.
