Smart, friendly, and fair prices. They treated me with courtesy, and quickly solved my broken power antenna issue.I drove through a car wash with a power antenna up, and oooops- it got bent. Lou and Dave took the initiative, and ordered a replacement antenna mast part for me.Lou replaced the power antenna efficiently and carefully. They made sure it worked! I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else.

Took my 2018 Silverado to go get a system set up, the ported box they sold me wasn’t good enough for my JL audio W3 10”. The subs didn’t sounds good, they where pretty pricey for the job they did also I can’t turn on my truck with auto remote start most of the time I have to be really close to start it!! I went to a different audio shop for a porter box & it sounds way better!!! If I could give them zero stars I would but 1 would do.

Wow. What’s an amazing place to get your audio fixed. I’ve had a problem with my stereo for MONTHS and I went in with my silverado and they fixed the probably in less than half an hour. I will be sure to come back if I ever face any problems or plans on upgrading my sound system. First timer!

Dave Zamora and his crew did an outstanding job on my 2016 Camaro 2SS, theyre all very knowledgeable, prices are GREAT, professional service, one stop shop for all of your vehicles audio needs, and if he doesnt have an item in stock he can get it right away. First audio shop where the owner works as well. Highly recommend and will most certainly see them in the future.

All car audio work is completed at Zamz audio. The owner is always on hand to answer any questions and explains everything to you. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs just a radio replaced or a full blown system (as custom is his specialty)!!

Had an alarm installed here about 3 years ago and am still unhappy with it. I was told I have to press the alarm button twice to unlock it which is at times up to 3 to 5 times. If I was to be in a bad situation, needed to get into my vehicle, I wouldn’t make it because you can’t depend on this place to install an alarm that works proper when you need it too.

I was calling around searching for the right place to get a new stereo, speakers, and a new monitor installed in our Yukon for the kiddos to watch movies, the excuse was that it was a Fathers Day gift. I did some calling around on a Tuesday before Fathers Day and Since I was pressed for time, I ended setting up an appt at another location, before I ran into The Audio Shop. I called the Audio Shop just out of curiosity but I really didnt think Id switch since I needed the job done that same weekend. I honestly thought the price would be the deal breaker but in the end, it was the awesome customer service provided by the owner, Dave and his employee Jaime (ok ok the price was awesome as well, got an even better deal!). Dave made the whole experience flawless, even when this deal took place during a busy working day for me! He didnt take my roadblocks as a no, and figured out a solution in which we were both happy. They were quick and efficient! Everything that was installed sounds perfect and looks amazing! I truly believe that I got the better end of the deal. Businesses that take care of their customers, like The Audio Shop does, get my 5 stars, and my referrals as well! I will definitely come back the next time I feel genoerous to give a gift!
