I was assisted by Rose she was amazing very attentive and kind from the time we walked in till the time we left. My kids wanted a bunch of fidgets and Rose had no problem getting them even with my kids changing their minds constantly. The store is very organized. Stop by you wont regret it great irems and employees.

Super impressed with this store. I wasnt expecting the cleanliness and organization, but let me tell you IM HERE FOR IT! I brought in items a week ago to trade/donate, the exchange was simple and the staff were super nice. I came back to do back-to-school shopping and I was not disappointed. Employee Rose, helped us out. Roses beautiful personality really made the experience great. We were also able to try on the items, which was super helpful. BEST STORE EVER! This store has so many things your kids need for school and just because. They have the latest toys and popular character clothing. The best thing is, they are always receiving new inventory and their prices are better than regular box stores. The store is very clean and the people working there are super helpful and nice. It is a children’s store, but I’ve seen that they also have adult snow gear! I am a customer for life.

My teenage daughter took 2 large boxes in of her old name brand clothes, to make herself some pocket money. One of the jackets was still brand new with tags on it. The store took 19 items and gave her a check for $20. Really $20...I understand they have to be resold but they couldve done a little better than that. I told my daughter its a lesson learned in life, next time say no thank you.

I went to Twice Upon A Time for my first time this past weekend. It’s a great little store. I found all my Snow Bibs for a great price. The girls in the store were all very helpful. Gabby explained their point program.

They had a HUGE selection of snow gear for kids and adults. Unfortunately, it is all way over priced (mostly because it is brand new). I regret driving all the way from Fresno to come here when I couldve saved money and time ordering from Amazon. The small child gloves cost just as much as adult gloves and its the same with snow bibs/boots. I called before I came and read reviews. I feel misled by them. This should not be called a resale store, most of it is new and pricey but thats how they get you to go. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SNOW GEAR

This is the first time I have taken clothes in and they wanted to keep about 5 items and only offer $2 store credit. Im sorry but thats not fair. Lately if its not name brand they wont accept. It was not like this before. I used to praise this store now I think I will just donate and not recommend this store anymore.

I went in looking for a sun hat for my son. I walked out with a brand new rock n play. When checking out I was helped by Audra. She made me aware that my purchase would be final sale. At that time she asked if I’d like to test it before I purchased it to insure it worked. So she was kind enough to help me pull it out of the box and plug it in. I’ve been coming here since they opened. I always have a great experience, they welcome you as soon as you come into the store and make sure you are helped with anything. I really liked this store the first time I went, i went in for the second time but to give items this time I had a bunch of new clothes and they took all the new clothes blankets and some used ones also and they only gave me 27$ for everything thought it was pretty unfair due to the fact they took all the new clothes I wanted to take my clothes back but I saw they had already put the clothes away, they should let the customers see how much they want for their items as well as ask the customer BEFORE putting away their items if they want to sell them their items or would like to take it back home. I really feel like I got ripped off, would of made more money on that new clothes through a yard sale never again!

I had an awesome experience tonight. Joanna, Margaret and Zoe provided great customer service. Even though I got there 10 minutes before they closed, they were able to pull out some snow boots for me so I could do an exchange. The store has lots of cute stuff. Later I realized I had to return a wrong item I grabbed and that was an easy process. I received an offer I was able to use my next visit. I did an exchange, shopped and used the offer. I love this store! I believe their reselling prices are fair for each individual name brand. I rather pay them than a thrift store. Their clothing is usually in a very good condition to good condition. They have all types of styles for boy and girl. The prices youll find here are better than the ones youll find on those apps that sell used kids clothing. You dont need to pay for the shipping. Plus you get to see the condition of the clothes before you purchase it.***One little thing I truly dislike that this store does is write on SUEDE shoes with permanent black marker!***Truly a huge NO! NO!OUCH! I mean maybe they can figure out an alternative to mark their prices.

Terrible service. I came in during Halloween juggling three kids. I purchased a costume and due to covid19 couldn’t try it one. I came back the next day and the manager was very rude and refuse to return or exchange my item. If your policy has changed that is something you inform your customers about.

My daughter had recieved a voucher from her school and it had expired. I called the store and was assisted by Amanda, who made all the appropriate calls to rectify the problem. Twice Upon a Time is awesome! I have sold many gently used, (and sometimes even never used with tags) items to the store and they made it very easy to sell it to them. You leave the items and then they call you and tell you what they are going to buy from you and for how much. After that you have the choice to sell it to them or not. Once you decide to sell they make it super easy and give you store credit or send you home with a check for your items. This store also has brand new items. I was looking for a new pair of ballet shoes for my daughters rapidly growing feet and was able to purchase a brand new pair for half the price of Target. The workers are helpful and friendly and the store is very well organized.

Worst store every they try to rip you off ! i would always bring my baby’s clothes in sometime they’ll give me a reasonable price this one time i bought a minnie mouse bouncer got in my car seen a stain on it so i took it back in to try to get my money back and they wouldn’t give it back!! i hadn’t even drove out of the parking lot and it was my money to begin with not there’s not store credit so i got stuck with a stained bouncer don’t shop here ! they try to take what u have give u less and then sell it for way more! ripoff!!

I went into the store today on my lunch break expecting to buy a few skirts for my daughter. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was pointed in the directionw where all the clothing with a yellow tag was only one dollar. I walked out with 15 skirts for $15. All were very good condition. My daughter was ecstatic when I got home! Joanna helped me at the register and she was great. I would also like to be entered in the $50 gift card drawing :)

A friend of mine told me to check out Twice Upon a Time for my son because they have such a great deal on cute clothes like Polo Ralph Lauren, Carter’s, and Janie and Jack for $5 dollars or less. They also sell books ($1-2 each) and toys for a fraction of the price that you’d buy them anywhere else. Team member Audra is great and was very helpful

I went into sell some of my sons clothes I was very surprised on the outcome, Ive heard people say u dont get much but just wanted to see for myself & Im glad I did, I called ahead to see what I needed to do & took them the next day. I had lots of boy stuff & they took a majority of it & I thought I got a good amount for them, & the rest of my stuff I ended up donating them b/c they said they donate to the foster care which I thought that was very nice. I can say selling to this store was way easier then a yard sale! Ill definitely be back! (I have to mention I have a bad back & the employees there were so sweet they came out to get my boxes for me without any hesitation,) You really dont see that kind of customer service anymore thats why I feel they deserve 5 stars for sure!

Twice Upon A Time is an awesome place to take and sell your gently used items. Not only do they let you drop your items off and go about your day but theyll give you a call when things are ready! Today I brought in a big sale(a lot of clothes and items to sell) and it only took two hours. I even had time to go and pay my bills and even doing a little shopping in store!!

I love this store. You can shop here without spending a whole lot of money. I can spend hours in this store, and I do. The staff is very friendly, Amanda was very helpful. She periodically checked on us to see if we were ok or if we needed any assistance finding items.

Real hit and miss deal place. Ive been here twice, first time my friend found some used clothes for a great price, 2nd time came looking for snow clothes and the prices were crazy, the things didnt look 2nd hand but OMG the prices were on par with any other store.

It was dollar day, got tons of new clothes for cheap! Had Audra help me out and she was super nice! Showed me all the cool bubbles

Staff is really nice. They have some really great stuff but they also have some really iffy stuff yet they’re “picky” about what they’ll buy. Plus, they wanted to give me $10 for a full container of Carter’s, Old Navy and other name brand clothes that included 2 and 3 piece outfits and Converse shoes.

I brought in a lot of baby clothes for cash, about 3/4 were never worn/brand new. It took what seemed like forever and when the person was finally done sorting through the clothes, I was only offered only $13 for about 13 new and gently used items. There didnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to what they are doing over there. The reasons I was given for why new clothes were rejected and the small amount offered for the items chosen didnt make any sense. Ill try my chances on EBay. One star..

I love this place, good prices on clothes and Little things. My cashier, Amanda was excellent. But honestly the prices on some of their bigger items is a bit pricey for them being used. For example, wanting $60 for a used worn down high chair. I can buy a brand new one for the same price at Wal-Mart

There a real joke and a huge ripoff. Lady was telling us a high chair was wood. It wasnt wood what so ever it was cheap plastic. And it had definitely been destroyed by heat. They wanted a fortune for a walker that didnt have everything to it. I could of bought it brand new for the same price the lady was asking. Never go here unless ur made of money.

My negative experience started last year when I went in and asked them if they could price match a jumper it was priced at 60$ but found one online brand new for 40$ they responded no because the pattern on the clothes is a different color. That one has pokadots and ours does not. Fine whatever. Anyways we ended up going with an evenflo exersaucer for 64$ from.walmart, our baby outgrew it. Very, very lightly used in new condition. No stains or anything. We went to see how much they would give for it. They said half of retail value, the lowest price is still 64$ they offered me 9$ for it or 19$ store credit. They stated they had their own prices for these things. I took my bouncer back home no way Im settling for 9$ I mean its fine if they want to pay less, but at the same time they should be selling for less than you can get it new in a box online. I will never go back there. These places thrive on the poor who need money badly. Oh and they dont give cash, they mail you a check. What a joke.

Today I walked in I seen the store was very busy the workers were also very busy and they were all very sweet and helpful but when I asked Margaret for help looking for snow boots for my kids she was very helpful and went back and fourth multiple times to find the right size and was incredibly sweet doing so.

I wish there was a way to rate just the quality. I would give it a 0. First off, I bought a Disney screen print shirt that said third birthday. I washed it once and when I pulled it out of the washer, all the color was gone off the plastic. This was about a year ago. Then the day before yesterday I buy my son, who is 10, a fortnite sweatshirt. Its brand new. I question the lady on the quality and told her of my previous experience and she said they had great reviews and NO returns. Well duh..... you dont accept returns. So I buy it, my son had it on the next morning (without washing it) and all the print is curling up. I called today asking for a store manager or owner to see if I can return it and she said everything is a final sale. She rudely said, well your son must have done something to it. He literally just sat in class for a 1/2 morning when he noticed it was curling up. Her name is Aquila (spelled how it sounds). I let them know that I was very disappointed and that I would not shop there again and she happily said OK! Dont buy anything new. Worst quality ever!

I didnt like what they were offering me, i took a bag of clothes and they only accepted the brand new ones it was like 20 pieces and they were offering me $4.50 yet they didnt take the use clothes saying it had a spot or wasnt in good condition. I double check it twice and washed it before taking it.

Love this store they have so many diffrenf options for every need and the prices are amazing.

They will rip you off if you go in trying to sell your childrens used clothing. My clothes went in fine and they said there was something wrong with ALL of them. I get the box home and they smell horrible and there are now stains on them. Ive looked through the store before and have found damaged items (which they claim not to sell). I wonder who they are getting those from?? Maybe the employees are making sure they get their money and screwing everyone else over. NEVER GOING BACK.

I agree with Ms. Smiths post. Judging by the condition of the clothes I saw while waiting I thought my contribution would be top notch stuff. Much to my surprise, most of my clothes were rejected. When shopping through the store, I noted several items that were very worn and did not meet the requirements they claimed were mandatory. I found some cute things for my daughter, much less available for boys. All in all, it felt like a snobby thrift store. Made me wonder who was checking in the crap I saw for sale.

I love getting stuff that is gently used and priced decently for my girls. I usually tend to buy dance and sports stuff from here which is great!

I went in looking for an umbrella stroller and left with clothes for both my kids, some slime ( FOR ME!! hahaha ) and toy balls for the kids to play with once we got home. They did have umbrella strollers, FWIW, but at $38, Walmart had them beat by $9 for a smaller model that was more what I was looking for. Great selection. LOVED the babywearing section. Overall spent way too much time there, but I will definitely make the trek from Lemoore again.
