I walked in with no appointment, was greeted, was told someone will be checking me in shortly, and after 5mins, a man came up and asked what services I needed, and told me it would be a short wait. I was shocked Because it was a full house in their that Saturday morning and their phones were off the hook.I waited about 10mins to be seen, and a wounderful lady who I wish I could tell you the name of, did gel nails for me, and that look and felt fantastic! She complimented my natural nails and how healthy they looked, she was prompt and friendly with her service and handled a diffrent disgruntled lady (not me) well.Within 20minutes my nails were done, I was relaxed and I was out the door! Very happy with my service, its been a week and my nails still look intact and have not fallen off.My gel manicure was $30, + a $10 tip, and to me it was definitely worth it! Their prices have gone up because of the wage increases, but so has everything else these days.All in all, I would recommend this place for basic care needs and make sure to tip your manicurist☺🙂

One Of The Nail Tech, A Lady Was Very Rude And Told Me To Find Another Nail Shop Because I Asked Her To Clip My Toes Nails Better. I Asked For Her And This Gentleman To Switch. Then The Nail Tech Chris Took Over And Was Very Professional. He Did A Amazing, I Would Recommend Him Or His Wife, Sorry I Forgot Her Name.

Horrible experience first time at this location the pedicure lady was super rude made no real effort on my gel pedicure. My husband and daughter also came along. His feet look the same as when he went in. The lady tried to charge me 60 for my 7 year olds mani and pedi which is outrageous. Total bill was 175 here I am a day later with my gel pedicure lifted and has tons of bubbles. Extremely disappointed do not recommend at all..

Daughter and I got pedicures and they were so nice. My daughter is 3 and got her first pedicure. They did a excellent job on both of us. Nice experience.

After being told the wait was 15minutes I waited 45minutes to get in a chair. I had to tell the guy several times that my nail was Crooked and he had left acrylic on my skin.He had thick layers of polish and even after 20minutes of him filing my nails they still came out thick and bumpy. When I pointed that out he said he could redo it after already spending 2hrs in their salon.

Nail polish have bad quality. I waited 30mins for them to dry and thet got ruin anyway.

I went ehere today 5-24-21 for first time, for a pedicure and gel manicure. The guy who did my service did a terrible job. He charged me $55 for both ped and gel manicure plus $ 5 dollars tip I gave him. After a 2 hours I checked my nails close and I got so upset to see the bad job he did. I came back to fix it after one hour and I still waitting here. I never will come back again.

This was second time and this time it was just like the last time. It was great. I dont have my feet worked on much and they need it. I have always been greeted with a smile and they have always been polite and professional. There is a it of a language barrier but it doesnt cause a problem. The place is very clean and smells good. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed my time. My wife is fairly regular customer and I plan to be one too. My feet will thank me. 😊

Best place to get a pedicure in town. Staff is always friendly and I am always happy with how my nails look. The gentleman today gave me a towel for my lap as I was wearing a dress. He even helped me put on and buckle my sandal when most others would just hand me my shoes! Worth every penny!

Wait time not bad but the experience was not like it use to be. The sea spa pedicure for $28 included 10 minute massage, front of legs only got the massage, feet not at all. Then to clean up the over paint around toes, a brush was used that was lit directly back into the container after using around my toes. Hope no one before me had anything fungus or anything else. Will look for different place from now on. Us to get my moneys worth, not today.

One star if I could. Asked for a nail removal and they refused to soak my nails in acetone first. My nails are shredded and I even got cut a few times. Wouldnt send someone I hated here.

I used to go here out of convenience, and for the mostpart, good jobs..Today I went in only for replacing some rhinestones, again, convenience, since my talented, friendly, sweet nail girls in Tulare.When they asked what I needed, and found out my nails hadnt bee done there, they were rude. Never the less, if this was the last nail salon in CA., I still would never return.Also, Ive tipped VERY well here before...not today. Not ever again

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. Today I made an appointment to go in on my lunch hour @1pm. I showed up @1:03pm because I was looking for a parking space in the full parking lot (which I explained to him). As soon as I get in, the Owner (man who does all the transactions in front) told me, your 5 minutes late. I looked at my phone and said no I’m 3 minutes late. He said “you need to come back later, we don’t have time for you “I said I have to go back to work and that’s why I scheduled an appointment & he said well that’s not my problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was so disappointed that I was treated this way. We customers deserve respect and courtesy.

Wow! I took my 5 year old daughter here so we could both get our nails done and the lady doing my daughters nails was so rude to her!! She was telling my daughter to hurry up and pick colors and just kept repeating pick color, pick color. I could tell she was getting inpatient with my daughter and even came up to me and said if I can pick for her, so I said Your rude! And I want someone else to do my daughters nails because she needs someone who doesnt mind doing kids nails and will take the time to listen to how she wants her nails done. I was about to leave but the front host came to calm me down and even had the nerve to say at one point Your daughter is difficult! She must get it from you. I was about to get REALLY angry but my daughter started crying so I ignored her rude comment and just wanted to finish getting mine and my daughters nails done. Long story short, I will Never go there again and dont recommend this salon!! On top of that, 2 days later my daughters polish came completely off 4 fingers which means her tech didnt dry it right when it was gel polish and should of lasted weeks! Horrible service! Too pricey too when it doesnt even include a massage!!

In addition I was yelled at by the employee and her husband that works right next to her. Weird right?? But the service was and is so terribble and so rude. You do not want to pay your hard earned money and be treated terrible right?? I believe money should be spent well where you should be treated the right way. I have moved on to a better place World Nails Spa in Visalia and from what I hear in Selma too. They treat you nice and take care of you. The nail people at World Nails Spa were always checking in with me. I never..ever.. received that type of service from Happiness Nails. Great Job World Nails Spa for turning my day around.

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Jagged nails, nail polish on my foot, they were painted within minutes causing it to look weird and layered (but not smooth).I went because I had a gift card twice and both times I was severely disappointed.

Lily does the best pedicures! You can walk in or make appointment, they are very accommodating but run a tight ship, do not like it if youre even a few minutes late.

Had a pedicure done and 3 days later chipped on big toe and asked could they touch it up she said No. So I wont go back. Besides they sit and talk to each other in foreign language makes people feel uncomfortable.

I like that they use plastic covers in the pedicure tub and they used a new set of tools. Only problem was that the lady kept exfoliating my legs so much by the time she was done and ready to put the hot towel, my legs hurt so I skipped on the hot towel because the heat hurt my leg at that point. She felt bad and even put some aloe on my legs to soothe them after she irritated them with all the exfoliating. Lol sweet lady, I recommend her (Cindy is her name).

Ive been coming to this nail salon when Van was the original owner ever since she sold her business it has never been the same. I paid for Sea Spa pedicure $28 which includes callus remover the lady doing my pedicure did not put any liquid while pulling my dead skin instead of cutting my toe nails she was pulling them out with the nail clippers I spoke to the owner and he said we will fix next time he refused to fix my toe nail polish. I left with dead skin still on my feet. The owner has no Interpersonal skills whats so ever.

Not friendly! I call them to see if they had an opening and he told me to come in now that there was no wait. I drove across town took me 8 minutes to get there when I got there he then openly confessed he lied just to get me there but I have to wait about 45 minutes. I will probably never go back to this place. On top of that people are just not friendly there

Worst place to go to get anything done! They are money hungry and very unprofessional. The pedicures are less than mediocre and no pride is taken in the work done. The nails are always uneven and and the paint job is always sloppy. Wait times are too long and the techs are rude! A tech yelled at me over what I wanted, after the owner said it could be done. DONT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.

The technician was rude. She couldnt (wouldnt) do any sort of nail art or decorative anything. Instead of asking me to move my hand she wrenched my finger hard. My nails are uneven and polish is blotchy. Terrible terrible job.

I paid for a Sea Spa pedicure that was supposed to have a 10 minute massage - the guy barely rubbed my feet for 30 seconds. He didn’t change the towel after scrubbing my heels, so my feet were sitting on nasty stuff for the rest of the pedicure, and then kept putting my feet back in nasty water!My full set looks awful, he didn’t file the corners down, so they’re much wider at the tips and look ridiculous. He also cut me 3 times during the filing after the fill... I will not be going back.

I’ve been to this place a couple times and every time I go, my nails look horrible! They cut me several times and my cuticles wouldn’t stop bleeding. They are so rude and today I came to get my money back because my nails look awful! The manager told me to never come back and didn’t give me a full refund. Was seated immediately. Acrylic set with regular tips. Tips were set crooked, shaped crooked, no matter how I explained they were. Asked for regular polish, which was sloppy and started to wrickle. I thought okay whatever, its fine. No it was not. Three of my nails with the slightest bump peeled a little bit later. Im a semi regular customer, but it seems every time Ive gone in lately, Im treated as a first time noob, and Im really not happy with it.I hope this helps. Theyre usually really good, but this experience has put me off.

Fill and gel 2 weeks ago....horrible job, lots of pain! Today needed a pedicure with gel color....had to ask the tech to stop hurting me. Both jobs looked messy around the edges and fingernails were different shapes. I gave them a second chance....obviously they all learned from the same bad nail tech!

I loved how they do pedicures but not how clean they are unfortunately Ive gotten either fungus or infected 3xs...first time i thought maybe it was from my clippers so i sanaitzed them. Then i went again and go figure another problem...so i said i would never go back and my friend wanted to get a pedi last minute and we went there but i was hesitant and thought maybe id give them another chance and now i have an infection i had to put alcohol and treat it...they really need to take sanitary procedures serious.

Came before for a pedi & it was great so I came today for a full set, complete opposite. I know sometimes you can get nicked a little bit after the 3rd time I was ready to leave. It was a basic white tip full set with clear gell on top. There’s lines of white powder in the pink part where too much powder was left & the gell bobbled up on every nail. He took 45 min all together to do it. I paid without tipping & left. Set looks sloppy & not worth my money. My co worker said they did the same to her.

Ive been getting my bikini wax here for 2 years , the results were usually okay and the price was 35$ always. I dont know where else i can get one which is why this was my regular place. But i dont feel like the lady knew what she was doing today and they tried to charge me 45$. I dont think im going back since the “waxer” did not even remove everything so it doesnt seem worth it anymore. They dont use gloves and they do use tweezers after they try over and over again to remove the wax off of just one area over 20 times , which is very painful down there. I would prefer somewhere where they know what they are doing.

The male nail technicians here dont know how to do nails and dont seem to care what you want. I will not be going back to this place.

Been there three times. Each time waited an hour. They take peficures right away but for a fill u wait and wait. Each time i get gel at least one finger chips within two days. Not very friendly. Prices are goid but overall not very good at all. Happuness nails in tulare is WAY BETTER!

Horrible customer service. They dont listen to what the customer wants clearly so therefore messed up my nails. Still had to pay. Then when I left noticed that one of my nails was messed up. Also, my mother had a bad experience. They cheated her of $35. So I will NOT be going back to this place.

I rate this place a 1 star because of their horrible wait times and disorganized way of doing things. I showed up for a mani/pedi today, wrote my name down and have been waiting almost 2hrs for service. They have taken others before me that just showed up as walkins as well. I was sat down in the pedicure chair, then a lady after me was sat about 10 mins after me and you would think they would follow the sign in list?! Nope I am still waiting while the other lady got helped before me. I have come here every 2-3 weeks for about 3 years now and over the last few weeks the service has gone worse and worse. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They used to be quick and courteous and they would follow the list but now they are just careless. I will never again come here.
