The Glass Shop never lets me down . I had a window broken at my business AGAIN and The Glass Shop took care of me. Carl came out and boarded up my window until the glass repair can be done . The Glass Shop provides an extremely quality product with exceptional installation and service. Jose, Mike and Angel were friendly, personable and hard working, installing 4 windows and a large sliding door in about 6 hours. It was impressive. Their work was clean and they possessed all the manners that make having complete strangers in your house for half a day a pleasant experience. After having the windows for 5 weeks we are very satisfied. Will definitely recommend.

My sliding glass patio door became completely inoperable after 26 years of use. My friend and I tried to repair it but were unsuccessful. I called a handyman in the phone book but he also was unable to do the repair. So, on my friends recommendation I called and made am appointment with The Glass Shop. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. It took a few days before someone could do the work, but once Mike the repairman got to my house he got right on it and finished in about an hour. Im very pleased with the work they did. I highly recommend The Glass Shop in Visalia.

Guys showed up just after 8am and got right to it! They were very understanding in the order of installation I needed due to having a 3 year old sleeping and a barking dog. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. Only took them about 6hrs to finish the installation. Thank you Fred and Juan and everyone else at the Glass Shop!!

Amazing experience. Called around 8:30 am & spoke to Lilly I believe, super kind, they had someone out to me by 4:30 the same day! Didn’t get the guys name but super nice & worked very quickly. Super affordable & will definitely recommend to others.

Juan did an excellent job. They came the next day and the job was done beautifully. Mikayla was very helpful also.

Carl and Anthony showed up, volunteered to wear masks, got the shower door up in no time and didn’t leave a mess. These two guys were awesome.

We ordered 10 custom windows from them in Early December. Their employee came and measured our windows. About 2 weeks later, 6 windows arrived. 3 were the wrong size and had to be reordered. A week or two later, 2 more windows arrived and both were the wrong size. The 3 original replacements arrived and 1 was still the wrong size. Then the 2 second replacements arrived and they were the wrong size. We then got the correct size on the original replacement. The 2 replacements for the second set of windows came a few weeks later (third try for these) and they were the wrong color. So, it is now in mid March and we have 5 of 10 windows. By my count there have been 10 wrong sized windows delivered, but honestly it is getting hard to keep track. There is no indication of when we might actually get the remaining 5 windows that were ordered almost 4 months ago. Its been 4 weeks since we ordered the 4th versions of some windows. We havent heard a word from these guys. We have plastic covering our open windows all winter. Meanwhile, they are calling our contractor and demanding payment on all windows.Update 3/18: the windows they got wrong 3 times were available today. And they were the wrong size AGAIN. They got these two basic windows, which they measured, wrong 4 TIMES and counting.

Today I took a piece of glass in to the Glass shop to see if they could cut it for me. I was repurposing it for a cabinet I had. painted. Ray say he would try to cut it but if it was tempered glass it could not be cut. It turned out to be tempered glass and of no use to me. He gave me a great price on a new piece of glass that he cut to my specifications and did all of that while I was waiting. The customer service there is great and Ray was exceptional. I know where I will go if I need glass work done.

I purchased a medium sized round mirror on-line but when it arrived the mirror was obviously cheap and a bit warped. I took it in to the Glass Shop to be replaced. When I picked it up the problem obviously was not solved. The mirror still warped exactly as it did when I brought it in. The owner, Jeff, made it right by replacing the mirror and solving the problem. I am very satisfied with it and appreciate their customer service. I recommend the Glass Shop as its a good business and the owners care very much about customer service and good results.

The Glass Shop is a great place to do business with...I had a small install job of a shower enclosure in y home. They came out the same day the door came in, and installed it very professionally. I cannot recommend them enough! All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

We used The Glass Shop for our new project. Kayla was vey helpful and patient with us during our ordering process. We decided on the Anlin brand windows and once the order was placed, within a day or two we were given an installation date. They even came out beforehand to review the window openings and verify if there might be any issues. Our installers were Jamie, Isaac, Daniel & Ray. They all worked in a professional manner - especially Jamie. He made an extra effort to make sure once our French door was in place, everything lined up perfectly. We are very happy with the product and the workmanship their installers performed. Would recommend this company again!

Needed a glass table topper for a antique table i inherited. Called on a Tuesday with my dimensions got a call back Saturday that it was ready. I was nervous it would break hauling it home, but the guys that loaded it , Jaun and Manuel gave me great advice and i made it home no problem . Looks great. Thanks guys

The most horrible experience I’ve had dealing with a company!I received a call 2 weeks ago that my replacement glass door was in from mark and we scheduled my installation appt. for July 2nd. After leaving work early on July 2nd I waited around for the installer and finally called the office. I was told by Mark that my install date would be the following Wednesday.So I ask to speak with the general manager Chris or the owner Jeff. No one is available and am told to expect a call from someone the following Monday July 6th. Never receive a call..So when the installer shows up on Wednesday I call the office again to try and speak with someone. And the receptionist Lilly (who is very helpful) is unable to reach anyone who is in charge again! So as I’m driving home from work early AGAIN my wife calls me and tells me the installer is leaving the glass at my house and leaving and we will be charged for the glass!I call the office once more and Lilly answers but another lady take the phone from her and is raising her voice telling me stop calling the office! They can’t do anything for you I just have to wait to hear from someone in charge!This is not how business should be handled!

Wonderful customer service - professional, honest and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again should my work or home require this companys services. Just today I called for a quote and Heath arrived a few hours later. He told me he felt that i could order what i needed online and this would be much cheaper. Not only did he provide this information but he sent me a link to what i needed (and yes it was much cheaper). I told him how thankful I was and I appreciated his honesty. I work for a large District hospital - one could think we have deep pockets thus can buy things without thinking about cost. But that isnt the case - I am a good steward of our hospitals finances and healthcare today requires this. I sincerely appreciated his help with this and will most definitely use The Glass Shop in the future. I can totally trust them!

This Glass Shop is the best! We had them replace two pieces of glass in our historic Beverly Glen home. One in our french door and one in our front room window. Both pieces were original from 1936. John, the installer, did amazing work! It looked so good and we could not be happier with his attention to detail. He made sure that it looked perfect before he left. Working with Christin to order our glass and setting up the appointment was so easy. They definitely treat you like family at The Glass Shop. I had my sidelight glass by my front door replaced and it looks awesome! I was afraid the stops that hold the glass in would be all torn apart after the new install but it looked exactly the same, except now with beautiful glue chip glass! I love my two new security doors. So clean and nice looking. Only took 3 hours to install. The installers were experienced, fast and clean. Price was the same as others in town. So glad I chose Series C614 View Guard SS mess doors.

I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service I received from this establishment. We ordered custom shower glass for our newly renovated bathroom and measurements were submitted incorrectly 3 times, which significantly delayed the contractor by weeks. On the third attempt the hinges were place incorrectly and the installers needed to manipulate it to get the correct angle. However they need to call management to receive authorization. During the call on speaker the manager told the installer to stop trying to make the installation perfect and get the job done and leave. He also we as far to say this is the third time we are there just hurry back. I interjected during this and told the manager and installer to do the job correct. The installers were very nice men and tried to defend their bosses action. Needless, to say I will never recommend this company to anyone. I give this a 1 star for the awesome installers.

Im not a customer, so I cant speak about their services. We witnessed one of their employees driving a truck around Visalia throw an entire big gulp cup out the window onto the street.In this day and age thats completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience, called them out for an estimate on a security door, they assured me they would be here by 3:30pm at 4:45pm after taking off work early, I called and was informed they were on the way, Im now posting this at 10:00pm after waiting and cancelling plans, no show and no phone call. They suck is my rating!!!
