No return call so honestly cant give a rating that may be justified

I would not recommend this company!! Very unprofessional. When he finally arrived at my home, 2 1/2 hrs late, he has his wife and child waiting in the car the whole time. Stumbled out of the car like he had been drinking but I did not get close enough to smell alcohol. He spent 45 minutes on something he said would take 15. Told him to please put my freezer back together and leave. He forgot to put the ice maker back in so had to take stuff apart again.

Great service! My newer washer started making a burning smell while washing a load. George was able to come out the next day. He not only determined what the problem was (which was a minor issue and easily fixed), but he also took the time to teach me about preventive maintenance for my washer to extend its life. Highly impressed that he took that extra step to help make sure my washer runs to the best of its ability and lasts a long time!

G. Came out to fix my front-load washer on Halloween 🎃. Spoke with them both, very respectful and kind. Did not try to be dishonest in anyway which I appreciate it in this day and age.I highly recommend this service and will again use it if needed in the future. 😃🙏

Called and texted but never heard from them

I had a very good experience with this business. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and serviced my washer aswell for free. Told me what caused the issue with the dryer and how to prevent it. Very nice people would highly recommend.

I have a Samsung dryer and not many repair shops service this brand.559 repaired the dryer, were very courteous and professional and provided excellent service. Their service also comes with a 30 day guarantee. I would highly recommend them.

Kept saying running late but never showed up for repair. They said would show up at 12:30 to 1 pm in the afternoon. They kept saying running late and will still show up for repair. No one ever showed up at all. Half the time no answer when calling, said that they will have someone out right away. But still never shows. I can’t believe that all the positive reviews unless all are fake.

Great service and a great price! My Moms washer stopped working so we gave them a call. George came out to repair the washer. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have used 559 Appliance Repair a few times, and every time George has taken care of the problem. What I enjoy most about George is not only does he fix your problem he takes the time to educate you on how and why the problem occurred. I have sent several family members his way for service and repairs and all have been very satisfied. 559 Appliance Repair even sold me a new washer and dryer for my In-laws when they moved back to town George has you covered on it all great service, great help, great guy.

They returned my first call with a request for pictures and explanation of washing machine trouble.I sent what was requested. I waited and waited. I called three more times, I left messages, To this day have received no response. I do not recomend doing business with irresponsible people such as this.

These people are awful!! Came out to repair dryer, didn’t solve the problem, then when I called to have them come back because it’s under warranty, I got no response other then lies. Never heard back after 5 left messages. Do not use these idiots!

Very unprofessional business, would avoid this business. I made multiple appointments with them and all no calls and no shows. Charged a $69.99 service fee and never repaired my refrigerator. When asked for a refund they were unresponsive and cursed at me. I believe this business is a scam and people should avoid it.

Our washer went out and George was amazing. He stayed in contact with me while he was searching to find me a new one. He was very helpful, friendly and acted quickly in bringing and setting up our new washer. I definitely recommend anyone who needs a replacement or repair to go through him, if he doesnt have what your looking for, he will find it🙂

This appliance repair store is the worst, they are very unprofessional. i had an appt scheduled on wednesday 08/05/20 @ 6:30pm and george never showed up i called to ask if anybody was coming and was told i would be getting a call back and never did, so i gave them another chance set up another appt for thursday 08/06/20 @ 6:30pm and similar thing happened i kept recieving txt messages stating they were running behind and they just kept chnging my appt time but yet never showed up. these unprofessional people just waste peoples time and then turn around and say oh well i was working from home yesterday i had no control over what happened but i will make sure somebody goes out but yet till now i have yet to have somebody show up for the so called APPT.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon after sending them my sons address, a description of the problem, and pics of his washer by text. They responded quickly, asked a few questions, and gave us a rough estimate and told me they could come within 30 minutes. They showed up on time, we’re pleasant, and quickly found the problem. The lid switch electric connector was burnt and needed to be replaced. George gave us a few options, and our choice ended up costing us a little bit less than what was initially quoted to us.Thank you and keep up the great work! George unfortunately I am not allowed to call you back to our home. We had cameras in the wash room and we know why the hose ripped. Well just leave it at that. As for the original reason why we use your services that was not fixed either. So now we have a ripped hose that you applied epoxy to and shoved down the drain and the original issue that we called you out for. I wish you luck.
