Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional recruiting and management staff. Its usually common for applicants to ghost an interview, but in this case I was ghosted by the employer. If at the least, they assume you are African American (in particular the recruiter i dealt with), they will work diligently work with the help of the company to gate any interaction with the hiring Gov official. I most definitely plan to file a complaint with the Federal agency that provides support for the program.
