Be aware! Management has changed. After receiving a questionable quote, went to another place to find out that there was nothing wrong with the car.

Great service. Very nice owner George. 90% of the time were right about what needed to be done in the car. Sometimes they say just change! Waiting time unpredictable. Very trustworthy. If you are in a hurry dont leave your car... since priority for the present customer.

A very kind and honest repair shop. They care about your car and your safety, and will explain the whole process to you if you are confused about anything.

Dont go to this shop they dont know how to fix cars they charged me $ 1000 to fix my brake cables and my inspection failed because they never fixed it correctly. Their staff is horrible and their owner is rude and told me not come back when i asked them to fix my problem he also told me they dont make money on me fuling up at his gas stations i told him i would never use his gas station and will report him to shell because he is not representing their brand correctly. Dont go there they are the worst mechanic shop and in Vienna.

We recently moved into this place and went for shopping at Cedar Park. On return, our vehicle did not start and we were not prepared for this problem as we were new. It was already 10.30 PM but we took a chance to explore if some one was still there at their service station. Luckily we found Mr G there and I was glad that though he was off for the day, he made an attempt to identify the problem. Not succeeding to find the problem, he assisted us in pushing the car to service station for the night and also offered us a ride for our home. Next day problem was sorted out and vehicle delivered in time. It was a pleasant experience.

Car inspection here is very slow. I think I waited more than 40 min AFTER it was taken in. He failed my inspection because he said my 2004 f150 truck headlight is not bright enough according to his light measuring equipment. I never heard of such bull in my 30 yrs of driving. He also wrote down that I needed to change my brake pads UNTIL I told him that I will take it to another shop. He took his pen and crossed it out when I went into my truck. I took my truck down the street (Gallows Rd), they passed my inspection in less than 10 min. Avoid car inspection at this gas station.

Worst shop ever I come to safety inspection and they want to sell me another no need services, and reject my car, now I come whit my car fix (just a signal light) and the shop is empty but day don’t want to check it and give the sticker, I think that’s way that shop is always empty.

I have been going to this Shell for years and until yesterday would have rated them a 5. Yesterday, while getting gas, I was approached by a tall man asking for money. He went from car to car asking for money. Sorry, but my safety comes first.

Have been changing my oil there for about year.Had to do a VA inspection.Was told I had a broken engine mount, my parking break was broken, and my head lights were too dim and needed alignement.The engine mount issue was obviously odd given my engine runs smooth and I have noticed no vibrations.I checked my parking brake and it worked as well as when I bought the car (when it was brand new).I left to another garage and they put it infront of a machine to read the lumens and to plot the spread of light. It was way past wast was necessary in lumens and correctly angled.I, personally, looked at each engine mount while a mechanic shifted into/out of D and R, accelerated, etc. and saw normal motion on the motor. They claimed I had a broken front engine mount. If anything, my 10 year old ~103K mile car was showing some evenly distributed give on the the two rear mounts...These guys are crooks. I went back and requested a refund. Had to wait for the owner. He finally showed up and after arguing w/ him he gave me a refund for the $16. No apology. Never take my business there and I recommend you take a look elsewhere.

Not safe at night at all..........Wait time is very long even if you have an appointment....

I had a tire with two screws in it and 5 different shops either tried to overcharge me or tried to sell me a new tire. These guys repaired it in 10 minutes and gave me such a low price I doubled it in my gratitude. Thanks George!
