This place is very good at what they do. I am extremely satisfied at the finished product. Me and my dad dropped some deer meat off to get some 60/40 sausage made. Taylors knows what they are doing and I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

These guys make some killer sausage. I got a mix of Summer, cajun, country, jalepeno and cheese, and green onion sausages and they are all great. I work in Austin and brought a summer sausage to the office which was gone within 30 minutes. Everyone was upset that it wasnt a processor near Austin because it was so good.
