Ed came to my home yesterday (and doesnt charge extra for a house call) i was in technology hell and within an hour he had fixe my computer, my iPhone, my iPad, my TV and my car -- yes, you read that right. after being in the shop so many times my nav system was still not working. Ed took a paper clip and fixed it in less than a minute. he stayed to make sure everything was running as it should. i don thiink there is anything he cant fix. his work ethic is superb. i called, left a message and he returned my call within a half we made an appointment for yesterday at 1:00 -- a Saturday -- and he showed up at the stroke of 1:00. he is polite respectful and knowledgeable. so much for the Geek Squad! i cant give him a higher recommendation. jim parise

Scheduled an appointment with Ed but he emailed hours before and said he couldnt do the job because of other work he needed to do. Asked if he could reschedule but he didnt reply. Two stars because at least he let me know he wasnt coming, only two because he committed to a job and left us hanging so he could do other work.
