This company is either a scam or they have a very strange way of conducting their business. I applied for TWO rentals with them. The first I had an extremely hard time getting any sort of a call back or response to any of my MANY emails. When I finally heard from them TEN days later they told me they were suspending my application due to not having the correct information, TEN days. And after paying their $50 application fee and fees to there pet screening, I am out almost $100 and they still wont rent to me.I have been a renter for OVER 20 years, have NEVER been evicted, have great rental history, and EXCELLENT credit, plus enough money in my bank account to last me a year, and for some reason they refuse to rent to me.I feel I am being discriminated against for having ESA pets, which legally they cannot refuse.What a strange way to run your company? Not allowing outstanding renters to rent your vacant properties, AND take peoples money and lead them on a wild goose chase while they are looking for a new home.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I have rented from Rogue for about 12 years. every interaction with the office has resulted in open, professional communications and a fair and responsive response. We both agree, it is the best landlord ever. If we move we will hope to get another Rogue apartment/house
