Cannot say enough about this company and their driver Jason. He was skilled and very professional when he picked us up at a wedding venue 16 miles up a mountain road. The honesty of Jason and the owner was so appreciated. I left my wallet in the cab which was quite stressful as I do not live in the area. The owner was kind enough to next day air my wallet to me, no charge. Beyond satisfactory experience with Vancouver Cab Company.

I have been using Vancouver cab for close to a year as a transport to and from dialysis. In 6 years, I have never had a transportation company (medical or otherwise) that has been as great as them. They are always on time and incredibly accommodating especially considering my situation. I love that the drivers are consistent and I dont have to worry about some weirdo Uber driver. Highly recommended 👌

I had booked a ride to go to the airport today and was told the driver would pick me up at 4:30am. No one came. I was stranded trying to find an alternative way to the airport. Finding a ride at 4:30 am was not easy and very stressful

WAY overcharge plus ASKED for a tip! Ride was 4 1/2 blocks!!!! Cost $30 including $5 tip. Not punishing the driver, appreciate the ride, but the company sucks. Not going to blame driver.Appreciate them taking mewhere I need to go. Sticking with Radio City Cab instead from now on. At least 1/2 the cost and all drivers are Vets.

Confusing website not very clear on rates

Had 2 good experiences this year being driven to the airport. However they canceled on me at 11:30pm the evening before my 3rd trip due to ice. Caught an Uber at 4:30am and the roads were absolutely fine. I do appreciate that they were open about the potential for cancellation. Wish they could have checked the roads the morning of instead of cancelling the night before.

For ride to airport from Battle Ground. Driver could not print receipt. It took 5 tries and calls for them to get the correct receipt to me for this charge. Will never use again.

I needed a ride home from the hospital and Vancouver cab showed up on time in a clean vehicle with enough leg room to stretch out my injured leg. The driver was polite and helpful. The quoted price was within a few dollars. Maybe you one star people should be more realistic about what you expect from a ride service. Yes it is not cheap but try walking 15 minutes it wont get you too far. Thanks for showing up cuz I couldnt find no one else to..

They are very caring, very personable, and the absolute best! I am always going to call them , and no other cab company! They use the fastest route and are very understanding and always have very wonderful attitudes! I highly recommend them !

They arrived when they said they would and the drivers were very nice. After standing around waiting for another taxi service to arrive for over an hour around 1-2 am we called them and they arrived in no time. We relied on them for the entire weekend, theyre amazing I 100% recommend if u need to get somewhere.

Can not say enough about this company and especially driver, Dave M. We live in far NE Vancouver and got hit with about 6 inches of snow today. My mother in law has dialysis on Saturdays but we couldnt drive her. When I called to see about a ride I was told the company had decided not to have any cars out since the roads were so bad. When they found out the reason we needed the ride they called Dave and he agreed to come get her and get her back home. Who does that?? I know who to call the next time I need a cab!

The company as a whole, although small, operates better and more efficiently that the larger companies. Short wait times, and better customer service. Ive ridden with other companies, but Vancouver Cab has become the only company Ill call when I need a ride!!!!

Thanks for nothing. Cab shows up Thirty five minutes late on most important night of the year. I will not be calling them again. I had scheduled the ride in advance and the girl answering the phone initially told me they would be fifteen minutes late, Okay I can understand that . However fifteen minutes later I called again and she told me it would be another ten minutes. Ten minutes later and I got a ride from my neighbor. Five minutes into the ride my daughter let me know that the cab showed.

I never review anyone and i have taken this cab for years and always tipped them about 80 percent consistently. Last night the driver called me after I began to give up on them and walk. When I showed up at said location he was not there. when I called him back asking where he was he began to argue with me telling me that he had some fuzzy recording of me telling them a different destination. Instead of asking me where I was he yelled at me over the phone. I repeatedly asked if I needed to start walking. More yelling. I dont really care who is right or wrong at this point but the guy tried to keep me on the phone to argue and treat me like an idiot until I just hung up on him. I urge people to call anything but vancouver cab. Would be giving this negative 5 stars if it would let me. I also work at a bar and will steer many people away from your terrible company.

I took a cab ride from Portland Oregon to Vancouver Wa. David Cat was my driver, he got to me very fast, was friendly, and very funny. David Cat made the ride enjoyable, even when dealing with slow traffic. I will definitely be calling thos cab company back up again when I need another ride.

Booked a cab and it never came after 30 minutes! On another occasion I accidentally left my phone in the cab. Called immediately and dispatcher said she couldnt help me even though I gave her all the information off the receipt. 2 hours later and after much trouble we finally got them to track down the driver based on information ON THE RECEIPT. By that time the cab had seen other passengers and been cleaned out. Somebody grabbed it and I never saw it again. But if they had cooperated at the beginning it wouldnt have happened. NEVER TAKE THESE CABS! The worst I have ever encountered.

Driver missed his turn and took route through two busy intersections that added $2 to the tab waiting for the light to change. Smooth. Really?

If 10 stars waz a option....Id give em 20, i have used several different cab companies, and as a former cab driver in Alaska & San Diego my expectations are above normal.I was able to arrange a 0530hrs time call 2 days prior, which i was skeptical weather or not id get picked up not only did dispatch touchbase with me the night before to advise me of the possible weather delay, the dispatch center called me the following morning to advise me of the morning shift change might cause a delay but the road conditions were safe (following days of rain snow & freezing night time temps) dispatch advised they will try to have a driver at tge p/u location @ or before scheduled time, the driver was early and he got me to work early, I cant remember the drivers name but he is a super chill layed back & comical. Lyft & Uber are handy but not the same, i personally would rather support the mom & pops businesses and feel alot more comfortable with a driver i know has put some miles down and is a safer than most people driver, you never know what your gonna get when calling on a independent contractor.

What a waisteI called and ask for a cab, the lady said 20 min wait and after 35 min waiting i call them back and she said she dont have any driver at the moment, really?

Not only were they were they late the got my address wrong and destination. Took the longest route possible. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst experience ever, our cab passed us and left, and we waited 45 minutes for it to arrive. We called the company to check to make sure the cab was still coming, and the incredibly rude phone operator yelled at us. I would give this service negative stars if I could.

Called for pickup, was told 25 minutes and ended up 50 minutes and 4 phone call later.. Not a happy camper. Offered a 10% discount but would have rather just been picked up on time.

I called Vancouver Cab Co. last night for a pick-up this morning. They were on-time with a clean cab and friendly driver. This is the second time I have used them and had the same results.
