A life coach I met referred me to Olya, and when I first went there I had a tremendous amount of anger and repression from 45 years of unresolved trauma. It was making my life and relationships impossible. Olya started me in EMDR therapy and guided me through it. It was different than anything I had done before, and it is very effective. Within 6 weeks I had processed the majority of my trauma and had gained coping skills that have enabled me to life a happy life. I still have normal issues that everyone deals with, but I am able to handle them in a healthy way. Olya did such a fantastic job each session of keeping me in a balanced state of processing/healing without me completely breaking down. She also did a fantastic job of helping me gain self-awareness and working on my trauma between sessions. I am very grateful to her. I wish I would have done this decades ago.

Seeing Olya for EMDR was the best decision I made in 2020. It was a challenging year for me (like so many others), but these sessions helped me move forward instead of drowning in feelings.Olya was really good at making me feel safe enough to explore some of these feelings and work through them- it even worked via virtual sessions which I would have had a hard time believing before experiencing it myself.I also really appreciated that the sessions were targeted- I went in a few times, I actually improved, and then Olya invited me to come back as necessary. Booking the first appointment felt expensive, but in the end it was actually the most effective/cheapest therapy Ive had :-)

Kristi Canning-Lee is one of the most genuine and talented therapists I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Kristi is always in a student mindset. She loves learning how to become a better therapist and improve her clients experiences in the therapy room. It makes her humble and engaged with every clients unique experience.Perhaps the highest form of praise that I can give Kristi is that out of all the mental health professionals I know (I am one myself), my first choice of counselor for myself or family would be her. She turned me into a better therapist and individual simply by being around her, hearing her heart for clients, and being a tremendous friend. If you get the opportunity to sit in a therapy room with her, take it, you wont be disappointed.

We started our counseling here mostly because online booking is available. Genius! We figured we’d be shopping counselors for a few weeks before settling with one who fit our needs. Nope! Trinity S was amazing right off the bat and has continued to be a solid piece to our renewed foundation. Certainly counseling is not a one size fits all, but we can recommend Trinity without reservation.

Trinity Saldana has been my professional peer for the past 7 years. She has provided me with sound feedback and helpful advice in areas in which I have less experience. She has received in-depth trainings in child-parent psychotherapy and parent coaching. She works particularly well with young children under 6, couples aged 20-40, and men struggling with identity and/or infidelity.

We brought our son here several years ago when he was having a rough time.The counselor he saw was so kind, and compassionate. If my son ever needs more counsel we would be back here in a heart beat!We recently brought our daughter here, and again, the counselor was absolutely amazing!My daughter really felt comfortable and safe with her. We have had the best experience with ALL the counselors here!

Had a horrible experience with Trinity Saldana. She was very immature and unprofessional during our 2 sessions. On the second session, we were getting to a very crucial point of our problem and she actually said (as we sat down), Ive been really waiting for the juicy part of this story!Excuse me, WHAT?! Since when did my marriage problem become a source of entertainment for you? Highly inappropriate and disheartening. People are trusting her with highly sensitive information and she sees it as entertainment. Good to know.She also made disparaging comments about my religion, which was hurtful and rude. I would advise anyone who was considering her for their counseling needs to run for the hills! I have found a very mature and professional counselor in Portland who us actually a true professional! Im just sorry that I wasted two co-pays on Ms. Saldana. She really should be investigated for unprofessional conduct.

Ive worked with the counselors at Integrity through my position as the Director of Mental Health at His Heart Foundation, a non-profit connecting local churches to vetted counselors who are Christians. They are well trained, professional, compassionate, and dedicated to their clients. I highly recommend Integrity Counseling!

Olya is a very gifted counselor. She met me where I was at after a traumatic event, helped me process the initial steps necessary, and then carefully navigated the following many months as we worked through my past. Olya never pushed me but was always willing to dig into whatever triggers I had experienced. She used a variety of therapeutic methods and interchanged as necessary to accomplish the goal. Olya is very empathetic, sympathetic, and will walk through whatever may be troubling you.

This group of therapists are educated, supportive and hold themselves to a high standard when working with teens, couples, individuals, children and families.
