Came in and tried to low ball us and did not know her numbers or claimed to. We were under pressure to sell our home and did not have time to interview agents which I highly recommend. We were able to get 43,000 more than what she wanted to sell at. She is a shark looking for stupid people! Thank God we were educated buyers and knew the value of our home. Saw her one time when we signed with her. Watch out and run like the wind from this agent.
