Bruce responded every time I reached out to him and calmed my nerves when I doubted the person would get served in time. He was persistent in reaching the person being served and accomplished the goal 2 days earlier than the deadline! I was a bit nervous due to the 1 star reviews but Im happy with the choice I made and had to share! Bruce knows what hes doing and I recommend him.

The owner, Bruce Samuelson is a felon out of California and has a history of doing sewer service which means he claims he either did the serve when he did not, or that the address is bad without even making an attempt to begin with. This guy literally takes your money and talks your ear off before doing stuff to intentionally add to the bill over an extended period of time. He is downright the absolute worst process server in the Southwest Washington area. Dont trust this felon and criminal with your money, sensitive information or legal documents. I made that mistake twice and it wont ever happen again.

I agree with the last review. This company is the worst most unreliable company. They are open 1-5 but are never there and never answer the phone. The recording says for immediate service call the cell phone but they dont answer that either. I have not gotten any return calls. They cashed my check in minutes and never served my papers. I called while I watched the person I was try to serve at the time and place I told them he would be and nothing. I later find out the guy has a real job & he tries to serve before and after his regular work They cost me my court date. Do NOT use this company

Use someone else!! Took our money, strung along for a month (extended our small claims case for him) then went dark. No decency to return ourpaperwork or respond. Unbelievable.

If I could, I would give negative star! Bruce guy is a liar and a FAKE. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR THE COMPANY, IF YOU CALL IT COMPANY. We pay $150, the papers never got serve, can not get a hold of him or call him. When he first came over he talked so good for 4 hours, instead of go and do his job. We are so stress with our problems We had, on top of that We are stress out with Bruce and his company. It is not worth it you guys. DO NOT GO WITH HIM. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
