Front desk worker/nurse was amazingly nice and quick. I was in and out in 20 mins. Great attitude and care. Asked if I wanted a countdown for the shot which was greatly considerate on her part :)

Awesome service, awesome price

Audrey. Girl that is somehow employed here. Told me my company didn’t have an account with them and I had to pay out of pocket. Well I ended up calling after and we did. She didn’t even look up to see.. Im a big intimidating guy but I am really nice. And I have a huge community of Vancouver, camas, washougal, ridgefield, woodland, and more to back me up. She told me she was going to refuse my service. Mostly minorities there and I got terrible looks from them. What a gross bad experience. She made me feel so bad for deciding to go there:

Looked up the panel I wanted on their website.When I got there “Vancouver location” the staff couldn’t find the panel listed on their website and wanted to charge me $50 more than the price on their website. She claimed prices went up. A 20% increase is a bit much, so I asked her if she would match the price they advertise on their website. She’s replied “nope, Prices went up”Maybe she’s right, maybe she’s not, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being overcharged.I’ll find somewhere else to get basic blood work done.

I love this place its amazing very clean the b12 shots are amazing as well i highley recomend ESP since it gives u energy and gives u an extra boost of goodness but what i love most about this place is the owner she is one of the sweetest and kindest persons i have ever met she truley is. An anagel she allway makes u fill welcome and helps with whatever u need i highley recomend this place to any one needing testing done

Very compassionate care with professionalism.

I was pleasantly surprised. Most of these types of blood draw places smell funny and some are down right dirty. This place was spotless and smelled good and was very pleasant to be in, plus the lady doing the blood draw was really friendly and helpful trying to decide what I needed. And, I loved that there was not a line of people, no wait!

Great service! So nice and clean and smells good compared to some other draw centers I have been to that give me the creeps. The blood draw person there was highly skilled as she was able to get me first time without a problem.

I went in to get a testosterone level test at the Portland location and was told the Vancouver location has a doctor there that can provide help if levels come back low, which they did. The Vancouver location never answers the phone and does not have a answer machine. Finally someone answered... He said oh I dont know the doctors schedule so I cant really do anything, but Ill take your name and number.... Still no call back. Good place to get labs done but thats about it.

Eileen was very kind and informative. Painless quick experience and I learned a lot about all the services they provide.

Friendly staff and fast, attentive service. Ive been going here for several months to get B12 shots, and Im always in and out very quickly.
