Beautiful space centrally located in downtown Vancouver. This Regus location has very modern offices, most with fantastic downtown views. The space has multiple conference rooms available for group meetings and a nice break/coffee room. Very pleasant support staff as well. I would highly recommend.

The whole process from the tour to the accommodations have been top-notch. We cant say enough about the location, amenities and hospitality. Doing business with Regus has made our hustle much easier.*** Revised on 10/2/2020 ***It’s a great view and good amenities. It’s not perfect, but its ok to look away at some bad stuff. This was the last straw.After several months of submitting a referral, they have yet to pay and corporate doesn’t fix it. My referral isn’t happy. And for the cost, its unacceptable.Lauren, Ashley, Mo, Karen and Anne were good to us. And those that remain here are still awesome, but the culture has changed since COVID-19. Its really disappointing to because its the little things they miss.

This location does not have guest parking. If you work remote, you’ll have to pay a lot for street parking. Would not recommend this location if you’re traveling. Edit: good thing I didn’t pay for parking immediately! I installed the app and signed up, while I was fumbling around to get my credit card out, I got a sudden chill. I decided to step into the building lobby to find warmth and LOW AND BEHOLD! The lobby front doors were LOCKED! There was no number to call Regus posted. Signs stating appointment only. Well, this location is not friendly for traveling business men/women. Waste of time!

A great place if you are looking for professional office space. The staff is wonderful. Both Anne and Lauren are amazing and go above and beyond to assist their clients. The building is nice. The office space is beautiful and current. The great food options in the area. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant that is located in the same building as well. You definitely wont be disappointed.

The Regus Office Building is a great place for business professionals. It’s an easily accessible building for clients, conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. The building itself offers a lot of natural light and clean, comfortable work spaces. Property management is easy to work with and accommodating for tenant needs. Special shout-out to Anne who goes above and beyond for all of the clients in the building.

It is a lovey building to work in. Real close to public transportation. I live in Portand and the commute is about 13 minutes both ways.

This Center is beautifully updated and offers the perfect spot in downtown Vancouver. You can walk to just about anything you need. There is an award winning restaurant on the first floor and a tart coffe shop and deli too. Most offices have expansive views of the city and mountain. The client service is first rate. I highly recommend these executive offices. The other clients are super friendly too,

If youre looking for an ideal location for your business in an outstanding facility, Regus is the place you will want to be. Not only are the accommodations ideal, the staff, Anne and Lauren, are and will be an excellent asset to your daily business needs. My clients and I love their friendly helpful welcome and assistance. My only regret is that I didnt find Regus sooner!

We’ve used the meeting spaces for team trainings and client meetings. The Regus team provides friendly client service greeting all our clients and making them feel welcomed. The location works so well for our WA and OR teams too. The business center is very handy too.

The staff, Anne and Lauren, are fantastic. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile for tenants. Perfect Downtown location with lots of conference room space and different rental options, even day use.

I’ve had great service and warm hospitality at this Regus location. The staff is consistently available and works well with my needs for office and meeting space. My favorite work space because I’m so over coffee spots.

The offices in here are nice. Can be difficult to find businesses due to a no signage on doors policy that seems shortsighted. Nice views for the outer offices though. Good parking and security system on lobby door and elevators.

The office space is excellent and Anne does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend Regus if you are looking for luxurious and affordable office space.
