I called in with basically a fire drill of a quick project. I needed 3 copies of a 29 page book printed and I needed them STAT! Not only did they get them done, they did in 30 minutes and then took it upon themselves to turn them into an actual book. I had just asked for the pages and I was going to staple them. Our organization hosted the Annual Convention here in Vancouver, and we had a very large print job that needed to be done in just a few days. The materials were about 500 pages, and we needed 75 copies of them.The job was done on time and within budget. I was impressed with their ability to manage this for us. I knew we were pushing the limit on time, but the books looked exactly as we wanted them. I will definitely be back for other services.
