The experience of laser hair removal isnt always fun - but from here its always been pleasant so I can definitely recommend to those looking for an alternative to big chain laser spas.

I read reviews before visiting this place and they didn’t even come close to doing it justice. Different from any med spa I have been to. Consultation gave me so much information and zero pressure. It was about a week out for my appointment but I would wait a month. Aggressive treatment and my chest looks great already. Nobody with deformed injections pressuring me. The lady before me said she drove from Seattle. I absolutely understand why. Ashley the owner is involved with several local non profit organizations and I look forward to offering my help. I can’t wait for my cool sculpting and skin tightening for summer.

Ashley and her assistant are wonderful and very accommodating. I was so amazed at how informative and friendly Theresa was. I got a pixle laser. Ashley was very calming and effectively distracted me from the laser coming in contact with my skin. It was my first resurfacing treatment and I was slightly concerned how I would tolerate it but it was a breeze. She is very kind, professional and an expert at what she does. Great information from the mobile scheduling assistant. Several people have said texting was strange and it was definitely different but I love the fact I could poke around online and ask questions whenever and have a human respond. Getting older things come and go and I usually leave and realize I forgot half my questions. Started with some skin tightening on my face and my husband noticed the very first treatment. I won’t say a peep. I am a female trans woman and have never been somewhere I felt so included and celebrated. Very refreshing. I have been several places in the past and had decent results but always felt I had to keep my guard up. I never feel that way here. Being a trans woman is absolutely a non issue. I have never felt safe like I feel with Ashley. It’s so great we have somewhere in vancouver I can get treatment and not feel like everyone is talking about me being Trans the second I leave. It’s incredibly professional but also warm inviting and healing.

Always incredibly personal service. Not the norm in Portland or Vancouver. Competitive pricing for more results than I have ever experienced. Concierge was new to me and the text part. My first consultation was rescheduled but they have a mobile office number so I was informed immediately she was exposed. I admit I was hasty. When I did come in after she was tested twice I watched her walk an elderly woman to the car. I met her at the door with my mask on and I was incredibly disappointed I had not scheduled. The information was given prior to me coming in via text message. I waited a week or so before my appointment but I would wait a month it was so worth it. Some of the other procedures she explained were so much easier than I expected because she told me everything to expect and the lady who scheduled my appointment was also gave me the same information apparantly because no walk in people with covid. She also had me really think about what matters most to me. Ive never had that before. No pressure filled office like when you buy a car. No snobby people with frozen eyebrows and lips like a potato head. Cant wait for my next I would post pictures but it would not be appropriate. I moved to Salem last week and am keeping every single appointment. Not missing a single one. Im hopeful my skin really will look healthy without makeup and crater pores. Super duper experience. I also purchased hair removal packages for several relatives. Read some reviews first too and was shocked by the fact they were absolutely authentic.

Ashley is very kind!! Excellent at communicating what is involved..So far I have had a consultation. After my first treatment, I will share more details! 😊Tried hair removal, laser treatment for cherry angiomas, and spider/varicose veins. I don’t think the hair removal treatment did anything. Cherry angiomas are gone where treated!! 😊The veins? Didn’t do much for those either… several hundred dollars for not much change, if any.

Such a great experience with this place. Even with the covid issues I was able to text with someone who performs the service not just trying to sell me. Purchased a package of laser for my wife and she is beyond pleased with everything. She now has a list of treatments she wants done and this is not like her. She feels comfortable each time she is treated and so grateful the staff use the covid protocol as her father is severely immune comprised. The availability to text makes apointments much easier for her as well so its not phone tag like her last clinic in Florida. Will be a client for life.

Better results than I expected. Easy to navigate schedule and privacy is great. I had several consultations before coming here and the person I texted with was very informative. It seemed different because they don’t have a receptionist there but I really like how personal it was just being with my technician. Comfortable space and my first visit i ended up waiting to treat when I had been out of the sun to get better results even though I was expecting to get treated that day. I look so much better without my sun spots. I will be back.

PICK THIS PLACE! This is by far the best Laser center available in the area. Im super lucky to have found it. Ashley is genuinely the most kind spirited person Ive ever met and does everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of comfortably. They professionally explain what can and cannot be done based on your individuality. I have received great results on my entire body for laser hair removal. Definitely dont pass this place up, they actually care about their clients results and happiness.

Each time I have been in has been exceptional. I do laser treatments annually to prevent skin cancer and have been several places since moving to the area. I will be a client for life. My results are always better than I expected and I enjoy every person I have connected with as a client. Julie does my Botox as well and it’s always been perfect. Wonderful experience. My first time having cool sculpting and I was not sure what to expect. I had many questions that the mobile receptionist answered clearly. She told me many times men loose fat sooner than the 3 months. She was right and now my hard work is more noticeable instead of my spare tire. I cant wait to get other treatments its not like some of the other places where I felt out of place because it was more of a beauty shop. It was private and I had read that but it just felt comfortable. everyone was friendly but professional exceeded my expectations by far.

For my birthday I was gifted The Hawaiian. The Hawaiian consists of 30 minute hot rock back exfoliation and hydration treatment and a classic facial and then hot rock treatment for arms and feet. My first experience with any facial treatments was with my Aunt Lynne Castleberry. I was 14 and she gave me an unforgettable skin treatment. The first time Lynne lasered me I was 28 when I came back to work everyone went on and on but couldn’t tell why I looked “Better”. I absolutely was affected by Lynne’s passion and wanted to make people feel like she made me feel. Lynne is a kind and compassionate and truly humble person. I love coming to laser and Wellness Center. I have been with them for 9 years as a client. Every person is accommodating and I leave feeling beyond healed. The thing that I initially loved was that they do the “concierge” style. The receptionist is never physically there but always available and if I leave a message she gets back to me within a day. At first it was strange ringing the bell and waiting but now I won’t go back to anywhere else. The person you have your appointment with you ring their bell by pushing a button. They come greet you and spend the entire time with you. When I leave I talk to my technician usually Ashley and decide what I want to do next. It’s more comfortable for me than up front in front of other people especially if it’s hair removal in certain spots or anything else I would prefer to be private. I leave feeling refreshed and the receptionist usually texts that day or the next if it is late to make my next appointment. Her name is Julie and I have had a few things I was confused about once I read online I just reached out to her and she helped it make sense. I never feel pressured like other places I have been. It’s so soothing and relaxed in the clinic so different than a day spa type place where it’s hussle and bussel and you hear gossip around every corner. I am so glad I found this place I have never been somewhere in Vancouver that had such an elegance about it.

Ive been seeing Ashley for about two years now. She gives an great massage, Reiki is very relaxing, and her facials make my skin feel great. I highly recommend Ashley. She is not only extremely competent and great at what she does, but she is really a lovely person. I like this place so much that I have no plans on going elsewhere for any spa treatment.

Before seeing Lynne Castleberry I had received skin care services from several estheticians.Most paled in comparison to her expertise and knowledge in this field. Lynne keeps a watchful eye on my skin. She uses the best products and preventative procedures needed at the time to keep ahead of my aging skin. My family does not have the best genetics in regards to aging skin, yet I am frequently told I look much younger than I am. I owe it all to Lynne for taking such good care of me!!!

I saw that this place had good reviews so I came in for a consultation about my scars. Ashley told me my scars aren’t bad and I would only need 3 microneedling treatments for them to go away. After the third treatment before I left, I asked her what if my scars don’t go away? She said oh they will , I’m so excited for the results! Send pictures! So I waited a month and a half and I didn’t see any improvement at all. The scars were all there.. so I texted them the pictures and said that nothing improved.. Ashley said that’s because your scars are deep and you need more treatments.. and they’ll get better with more treatments.. I replied saying that’s not what you told me, you said I only needed 3 treatments because my scars weren’t bad, and I even asked what if they won’t go away? And you were confident that they would after 3 treatments.. she obviously had nothing to say to that and never responded.. no apologizes, no further free treatments offered, no refund no nothing. I just wasted over $1000... never going back there again and never recommending anyone to go there.. if you want results, save your money and go elsewhere!! I attached pictures to show you how my skin looks after the treatments.. no results at all! Looks the same as what I started off with...

I was referred to laser and wellness by a coworker. I am thrilled with my results. I have had microneedling done before and it took around 15 minutes. When I had it here it was a full hour and I was given numbing cream a full hour ahead of time so it tickled more than hurt. It’s like I had a completely different treatment. She suggested it prior to Botox and I am so happy she did. When I did go to get my Botox I needed less than half of my normal amount. My pores, fine lines and texture is so much better. I also noticed how much more firm my skin is. Less crepey. I have had cool sculpting as well and it’s like my little secret because my waist size shrunk. I am going to have skin tightening next when I can get over there. I am so happy I found them. A+++

Ashley is nice and friendly but don’t let that fool you. It’s a money hungry place in disguise. Beware! Stay away! Save your money and invest somewhere else! She’s nicer to you when you are thinking of or want to do more treatments but get offended and make it seem like it’s your fault when you tell her there are no improvement even if you have pictures to prove. Some of the good reviews could be people she knows personally because I’ve done almost all treatment but my skin got worse with pores, tiny holes and bump that I didn’t have prior to treatment. With body treatment and most of her machine along with technique, it gave me very minimal result and made my cellulite more visible. She act all confident and give you hope but then after treatment if it didn’t work, she will suggest that either you need more treatment, more healing, the chances of success was minimal for you or pretend that there were changes and she can see them even if you took pictures of your process and there were no changes.

There is no other person that I would go to in the world other than Lyn. Her expertise, professional and compassion for what she knows and does for your skin and body is unbelievable. Im 70 years old and people always think that Im between 55 and 60. I compete in ballroom dancing and my confidence and attitude was improved by 200% and no surgery was involved, only the professional services of the treatments, and skin care services prescribed by Lyn, customer service cant be beat.

The concierge-style service from both Lynne and Ashley is SO REFRESHING! They have top of the line equipment but what really makes them special is how they treat people. I love this place!

Lynn is truly amazing. Her knowledge of all laser and facial treatments exceed any experience I have ever had!Ive gone to other laser treatment centers with very little results... and paid much more money. Lynn has completely turned back the hands of time... clients that I have not seen in three years ask me Ok how is it possible that you are getting younger?! Its Lynn.And I look so natural! I dont want a face lift... you never look the same... with a knowledgeanle laser treatment specialist you can be a better version of yourself.She never sells you need to ask her Lynn what should I do next? I have been to many clinics for IPL laser over the years for rosacea on my face and sun spots on my hands. My treatment I had at the laser Wellness Center was by far the most effective. Julie the scheduling manager worked with me to get my appointment done when I had a day off of work. I called and left a message late one night and she texted me back the next day to schedule my appointment. I run a busy agency and always seem to play phone tag. She called me back at the time I told her I was available and walked me through my appointment as well as got me scheduled. I like the way they have it set up where you ring your technicians button. I was early so I rang and a few minutes before my appointment my technician came out. She was with me the entire appointment and I liked that a lot. I have been to a clinic in Seattle that operates that way but this is the only place that does it like that down here. It made my appointment so much easier because I didn’t have to talk about my services in a busy lobby full of people I was with her the whole time. She also worked out my follow up appointment and made arrangements for scheduling my next treatment. I like the personal touch that the concierge type clinic offers. I was beyond happy with my results. I had one touch up Ipl treatment a month after for a few small red veins that were being stubborn. In the past it’s taken many treatments and I suspect it is a way for some places to make more. This was so much easier having a intense session to start with and the one touch up. I got a gift card for my Mom and sister and both of them were so happy about their treatments. I’m going to be a client for life. I would recommend this place to everyone and it is by far the best experience I’ve had at a getting my rosacea removed.

WOW! I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Ashley was so nice and made me feel exceptionally comfortable. I got a groupon for the 90 min european facial (steal!!) and it was so worth it. The place has a discrete location, and the atmosphere was very soothing. My facial consisted of an exfoliation, a light peel, there was steam being gently blown on my face a majority of the time and then an extraction. The bed I laid it was very soft and I was covered by one of the softest blankets I have ever come in contact with. I will definitely be coming back here!

I have known Lynne for many years and have had a number of different services from her. My latest is the CoolSculpting. After reading the reviews online, I was a bit nervous. Many people have stated how painful the procedure was. Lynne was so good at making sure the heads were placed properly to get the best results, and guess what – the pain level was at maybe a 1 out of 10 at the worse. Lynne is the best at all of the services she offers. I would recommend her to any and everyone (and have to many already).

I’ve had 2 appointments so far for laser hair removal on my facial area with Ashley. After the 1st appointment, I bought a package of 3 treatments! Ashley is AMAZING, warm, personable, and professional. I was extremely nervous during my 1st appointment, but she talked me through the process which made the slight discomfort of laser hair removal very bearable. After my 1st appointment, I have seen a significant amount of hair reduction! I had my 2nd appointment yesterday and breezed right through it - relaxed and chatty! I did not even ask for a break once. I’ve owned a Tria (at-home laser device) for many years and have only used it a few times because the pain was unbearable, this caused me to have reservations about getting laser hair removal done professionally. I didn’t want to “get stuck in the hot chair” with a professional and have to endure the same pain or worse, let alone waste money on something I was too chicken to do. Ashley really helped me relax and have a positive experience with laser hair removal - I think even more than she knows lol. I have recommended her services to my family and friends, and am now recommending her services to my fellow strangers!
