Its heartening to know you share your beliefs in the public sphere. I appreciate knowing who my money goes towards. On that note, you definitely will not receive any business from me. On a more historical note, Che never actually ran a country in order to qualify as a dictator.

Love the “apology” after the disgusting initial response to being called out for your overt bigotry. Amazing how folks like you change their tone when they see the repercussions of their words. Well here’s hoping you guys go belly up and your employees find work with a decent establishment. Also like how many one star reviews you have prior to this incident. You may do good work but sounds like the owner is a horrible person which is kind of nice to have out in the open so folks know exactly who not to do business with.

I almost had some work done through this company for an upcoming tradeshow. Glad I read the reviews. We don’t do business with folks who think bigotry is cute. I did a little digging and found a terrible response the owner posted online and it just solidified my distaste for his attitude toward people and his business.Don’t shop here if you like to work with decent folks.

My fiance and I stopped by to check out the store and had a lovely time looking at their wide assortment of personalized products. They even went out of their way to show us some new beard combs that they will start selling soon. Im very excited to come back and decorate my new home with some local handcrafted decorations. Very friendly owners!

I had a frustrating experience at Salmon Creek Outfitters. When I didnt like the font options I was given I was told I could find a font online or they could design one for approximately $75 an hour (Im not certain on the price, I was getting frustrated). I know there are thousands of fonts available for free online, so this seemed absurd to me. The owner proceeded to turn to other business and left me to figure it out on my own. I decided to take my business elsewhere, and let him know how frustrated I was, I told him I felt it was poor customer service and Id be sure to let my friends know how I felt. His reply was to ask how much I was willing to pay for the project, followed by an explanation that he has orders and customers paying more than twice that an hour and that he needed to prioritize. Being made to feel unimportant is not what Im looking for when I go out to spend my money. He told me they have GREAT customer service and to feel free to go elsewhere. Then he implied that if I left a poor review online that I might hear from his lawyer. This was my experience and this is my opinion. And I think its worth sharing.

Had the very best service! Came in on a Saturday and long shot needing my business name embroidered on a shirt to be ready by Wednesday after trying three other “embroidery shops” Salmon Creek to save the day!! So nice to try on the shirt option on before ordering, the main issue I was having with ordering online.Do not be fooled by the other (bad) reviews. I can’t wait to go back and do all my other branding needs with them! So greatfull and love supporting a local small business!

I would never recommend a company with hateful owners. Why bother with Axehead when there are plenty of wonderful places to buy from here in Vancouver WA... businesses who dont promote hate, bigotry and who have owners who care about their customers. I am shocked and saddened by the way the owners behaved. I will never buy from them again.

It is unfortunate to have to write this review, as I have purchased two hats from Axehead, which I love. However, I will never support a business that endorses bigotry and glamorizes derogatory slurs towards the LGBTQ community.I have read the initial response from the owner, Randy Larson, to criticism for supporting this slur, and was appalled by his arrogance and lack of remorse. I would never shop at this store again for the owner glamorizing this slur, but after reading the owners response, I truly hope they close their doors in this community for good.

I am the director of a small daycare. Recently we have been looking into get shirts made for our staff. While talking to them, they have been very helpful with pricing, and products offered. They were one of the two companies were considering as we wanted good quality, and service. It has recently be shown via a photos and messages this company is proud to disrespect the LBGQT community. As I am a Teacher I support all of the families and children in our community, and I support their rights to equality. This message of disrespect, and unkindess deeply saddens me. Especially to see a locally owned business act this way. I will happily spend $$$ other places to support equality.

Wow, where do I start? At least own up to what the owner said in response to someone wearing a Steven Crowder shirt. Calling people snowflakes and whatnot was not appropriate but deleting the response and then acting like it was all a misunderstanding and playing the victim is just cowardly. Cant wait to see you out of business you cowardly pathetic snowflakes!Edit: also your fake post and forced response are also really really funnyYoure a 10 thousand thumbs down loser in our book.

This business uses the homophobic slur Fag to promote their business on instagram. Will never shop with them again.Edited to add - love the excuses - keep it coming buddy! Ill let people judge for themselves and have posted the image.I love that the owner thinks people are dumb enough to think that is saying Socialism is for FigsHe should just own it at this point. It is a lot more credible than making excuses. He thought a homophobic slur was funny and posted it. The excuses are just funny at this point.
