Lost my cars key fob. I ordered one on line and then had Harrys program it. A lot less expensive than having the dealership do it. Friendly and quick, too.

Excellent care, especially from one employee, who volunteered to come to my location, on his lunch break to let me back inside my home. Beware of hidden fees and hiding the real prices. We got a quote for changing locks on our doors and it was double what they said they would charge. We were disappointed.

Ive done business there a few times depending on whos helping you sometimes theyre extremely short with you when you first come in which was not very pleasant but they are very helpful and have all kinds of locks and some cool safes stuff like that and stuff 🙂

Amazing job! Brought my duplicate car key to program it. Although, it did not fully worked out, because I purchased this key from somewhere else, it is not original. They did not charge me anything compared to the other locksmiths still charging if you dont buy keys from them. The guy was very professional, and he explained thoroughly what was the problem. My key was stolen by a kid on a bicycle while it was parked for a moment, outside my garage. A kid rode up, and took my key, and rode off on his bike. I caught him doing it on my security cam. After just buying a used 2006 Toyota Tundra pickup, the only ignition key I had refused to turn and start the engine. Fortunately, after jiggling the key for five minutes I finally got it to turn and got the truck started. After calling Toyota of Vancouver and getting a quote of $200 to $400, I decided to check with Harrys and Im glad I did. With the aid of their hi-tech auto-key computer, they cut me two new sharped-edged Toyota master keys (work in every lock on the vehicle). They did not trace around my old, worn-out key. Their computer allowed them to cut new keys that look just like keys from a new vehicle. They also sprayed their special sauce in the ignition, both doors and the tailgate and got me out the door for $36.80. As a retired senior, I can really appreciate their old-school service and the dollars I saved! Thank You, Harrys! 👍👍

I called as I lost my keys and needed help getting a replacement key. They called me back an entire day later, stated it was going to be $300 when two other locksmiths told me $150-$200. They’re over priced and take forever to get back to you. I personally think they’ll straight gouge you if you let them. Call around, this place ain’t it guys for real, there is way better options.

Gotta say these guys amazed me. I work pretty late hours and needed to show up about 20 minutes prior to their closing to get my bed cover lock re keyed. The guy at the counter didnt seem to mind at all. He took a look at the locking mechanism and just went to work. He got it done with five minutes to spare before they closed. It was like he enjoyed his job. Thats rare it seems to me these days. Maybe thats why theyve been in business so long I guess. Anyway thanks Harrys.

This morning I had the biggest mom fail after getting my toddler in her car seat with the keys in my hand i threw them to the front seat and must of pushed the button to lock the doors I closed her door went to put my grocerys in the back and realized I had locked the doors I called them and they sent someone over asap and they got it unlocked! I called with an urgent request due to a theft at my work. The owner of the company needed to have our business and his home re-keyed for safety reasons. Peter at the office was amazing and helpful. He even called me when I had to hang up unexpectedly when I got a call from the police. He was thoughtful and professional and sent a tech out right away. The tech, Richie, was quick, professional, and thorough as well. In such a nerve wracking time, it was a relief to work with a company so awesome!

Some of their help is great but when I bought new deadbolts and door knobs for my house I got really cheap ones and paid a lot for them and then when I needed a part for them they couldnt get me it but for the most part I think Harrys is a great place if its still owned by the same guy!

This place is great! Went in because my drivers side door cylinder was broken and any key could now unlock my car. It had been broken into that morning. I brought the lock in and they determined that it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Turns out they no longer make replacement locks for my car(my car is really old) and even the dealer doesn’t sell a replacement. They were able to take my old lock use that to get a new lock installed in my car! For a good price too! Now I am able to sleep tonight knowing that my car is secure! Great service and very helpful! Definitely recommend.

I have dealt with multiple locksmiths before. Harrys is my go to for service. Not only do they do the basic of showing up, completing a job and communicating respectfully. They also go beyond the standards of customer service by explaining their work, setting reasonable expectations and doing a quality job. This is one of the few companies I will recommend.

The gentleman who came out was very nice, quick. We got our new home re keyed. Only problem was two of the keys given at the end didnt work so I had to go in and get them fixed! Little mistake on their end but was given a new Seahawks key for the trouble! Prices were most reasonable in town!

Absolutely amazing service. Probably the only honest locksmith Ive ever met. As someone who has lost Keys multiple times and had to pay an arm and a leg to get a key made. These guys were extremely reasonable and I got the key made and back to the house before my wife even knew that I had lost the key... they could have charged me $500 instead they charged me at totally reasonable amount and at that point I was probably willing to pay anything to get the key made. I was locked out of my house when my keyless pad motor stopped working.I called Harrys first thing in the morning and they arrived within thirty minutes. Jeff was excellent. He got me in and made keys for my front and back door all in about an hour st a reasonable price- less than I expected.I was very pleased and will definitely recommend Harrys and their employee Jeff to everyone I know.

How AWESOME is Harry’s?!? Well I have been driving my late grandmas car around and never was able to use the door locks because I believed I didn’t have the key. I called for a price to get a key made and was told the ignition key was the door key and it was probably just full of gunk. Cleaned it with WD-40 and seconds later, for the first time since I’ve own this car, was able to unlock it. Other locksmiths in the area quoted me between $125 and $165 for the service I requested. Harry’s cost me $5 in lubricant. Please please please use this service! They are amazingly honest and helpful.

The prices are great. I needed a replacement for my truck key. I had to wait a bit for it to come in but when it was all said and done it cost about half of what the dealership was wanting.

Awesome service!!I went on a trip and left my keys with a buddy who dropped me off at the airport. He ended up losing the keys with the key FOB and everything else in my life that requires keys, and I had no spares. When I got back, I thought I was gonna have to go to the dealership, and deal with that whole headache of getting a new programmed key and FOB. Id have to get the truck to them, make an appointment, pay 3 hours labor, pay for the expensive key and FOB....basically drop $600 is what is sounded like.Calling Harries was a breath of fresh air, there was some miscommunication at the start, but Tony got out to me pretty quick. It only took about 1.5 hours to do everything and THAT WAS IT! Super simple, very easy, no issues at all. What a great service! Will be using them again in the future. Tony was fantastic, a great guy to talk and joke with. Highly recommend these guys!

My front door had become jammed. The latch mechanism failed so the latch became stuck in the door, effectively locking me inside my apartment. I called Harry’s at 9 am.The person I spoke to was very considerate and patient on the phone. I made an appointment for ‘1pm - 3pm, or earlier’. They missed with window. Harry’s called at 3:40 to let me know I was next in line.The locksmith came at 4pm. He promptly got the door open and got to work.The whole procedure took, at most, 5 minutes. (Which was frustrating after my 5 hours of work on it!) He was able to fix my original lock. They ended up charging about half of what the estimate was.Great job Harry’s. I will recommend.

Ive used this place a number of times for a variety of services and overall this place does a great job. I trust them for quality. And pricing is fair. Theyre not always the best communicators though. Dont be surprised if they finish something before telling you how much its going to cost. If youre copying a simple key (house/car), I honestly recommend going somewhere else as itll likely be cheaper and you can get this done anywhere, but if you have anything that might be a little bit more complicated (be it a weird key, lock, or car) these guys seem to be quite knowledgeable and likely a good option to get the job done. I trust them a lot. And although they dont make it clear that they have a certain warranty on their work, Ive found that I can go back to them and theyre really reasonable. If the key doesnt work, theyll take a look and customize it a little more (make a groove wider etc).

I called Harrys to come out and make a new key for a car my daughter borrowed and promptly lost the ONLY key to the car. Billy came right out, and inside of half an hour had a new key cut and programmed. Billy even gave my daughter a break on the work! Thx for the top shelf service.

They showed up two hours late, didnt apologize, and were actually pretty rude. They took their time and when all the work was done, my backyard door wouldnt work after they re-keyed it. They tried to say it was my fault and they wanted to charge me to come fox it. I will NEVER do business with these guys again

Took my front doorknob in to get keyed to match my deadbolt. Was greeted quickly, knob was done in less than 10 minutes. Great local shop.
