I love coming here! Everyone in the salon makes you feel welcomed. Jenny does an excellent job with my hair. She has been my stylist for several years. Very easy to talk to about styles and color. Every time I leave the salon I receive a compliment about how beautiful my hair looks. Blonde, straight, beautiful, and healthy!! I am looking forward to trying the Brazilian Blowout by Jenny next month.

$225 bill for the worst cut and color service I have had since I have lived here. After all the heartache of the damage that was done, and serious consideration of reporting this chick to state board, I found out my stylist, Brooke, has only been licensed for a year. Most stylists who have been doing hair for 10-20 years charge what I was and they at least are tenured enough to do it right... Went in with level 7 previously lightened hair. I wanted Icy blonde with a smokey shadow root. I had a clear expectation that I might not leave icy blonde in my first sitting. But the stylist decided she would take an aggressive approach and I walked out completely over processed, (they obviously dont spend the money they make on Olaplex) and I was also incredibly over toned. I looked like smurfette by the time I left. Once the blue toner finally started to fade I had the ugliest halo of unblended bleed lines from the bleach. I wanted long layers in my hair and I ended up getting a hack job. Like the most basic 90 degree haircut they teach in beauty school. No point cutting to take out the weight or blend the lines. Instead I got thinning shears that were used way too high up on my hair shaft. A few months after having Brooke do my hair I had to cut 4.5 off (with a better stylist) to try and get back to better, healthier hair; and still I could probably afford another 3 just to undo the damage she has done. Save your money, and your locks... look elsewhere for a stylist who knows what theyre doing.

I cant say enough great things about D Side. Ive been getting my cut and color done by DD the last few years and its always a great experience. Always a professional, clean & welcoming environment. Great studio with highly skilled hairdressers- Betsy does both my wifes hair and mine. She makes the haircut experience fun and entertaining- and makes my wifes hair beautiful.

Way too expensive and products cost too much and they laugh at new clients that walk in to ask questions. Nice location, but needs people skills if they want prices like those. Not insulting them, just being honest.

After reading the reviews for D Side Studio, I scheduled an appointment with Heather and she did an amazing job!! Heather was very thorough and she really paid attention to detail. She also took her time when cutting my hair, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was friendly, as well as the other stylists. I will definitely be going back to Heather, at D Side Studio, again! She was very friendly, very professional and she did an awesome job with my hair. I love D side Studio. It is a nice clean environment, everyone there is really wonderful and arent shallow. Its really nice to go in there and know Im going to be treated well. I am always welcomed instantly and offered water. The girls all are just awesome! Kindall is amazing. I trust her with my hair above all, she even makes little notes in my file so she can give me the best possible cut and style.

Wont be returning. Each time Ive tried to schedule an appointment I have gotten a text the morning of from my stylist to cancel the appointment. While I understand life happens, being referred to a different stylist who has almost no experience with cutting a asymmetrical bob is not alright. I sat in the chair for 10 minutes while she looked at my hair, trying to figure it out, I was no longer comfortable with her cutting my hair. Luckily she asked me to reschedule my appointment since she no longer had time to cut my hair. I walked out without anything being done.Life happens, but after several appointments being cancelled and rescheduled, d side just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Quick and thay do a great job

I tried cheaper places after I quit work, but never got really good haircuts so I returned here. Will economize somewhere else! These gals are professionals - not just phoning it in but take pride in their work.

I got my hair done with Chelsea today. I went from a grown out bleached blonde to dark brown all over with some lighter brown “baby lights” I think is what they’re called. After many attempts of getting the perfect blonde through many salons I finally gave up. I’m also 7 months pregnant so the upkeep was just getting to be too much. Though it’s quite drastic going from blonde to dark, and the process was long, Chelsea was very easy to talk to and very likeable and she did a great job. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and I feel more put together now. I’ll be going back to her for sure to add some more bright pieces here and there. It was rough sitting in a chair for so long while being pregnant but she honestly made the time pass so much quicker with the good conversation. Thanks so much! I can’t remember the last time I had a positive salon experience, I almost gave up with salons altogether. You’ve restored my faith in hairdressers lol!

I dont recommend this place, I asked for a blunt cut on my bangs and got something totally different and when I told them I wanted black hair they gave me a dark brown. Please go somewhere else if you know what you want and dont want to be disappointed.

Saw Hannah 3xs for cut and color. She was lacking in both. She couldnt do a fringe bang cut so she referred me to her boss DeeDee. She cut my hair and i had to come back for her to do bangs again because she just cut them straight across. Next appointment with her I was trying to explain the cut i want on bangs and sides, all the while feeling anxious cuz she was being very short and abrupt with me. I believe she doesnt know how to cut long hair but instead of admitting that she thought it would make her look better to find fault with my hair instead because she was telling me that it doesnt grow on the sides so she couldnt do what I needed? Thats a new one!?. I have a very thick and full head of hair. This statement should have been a red flag but i let her cut it anyway and I left that day with all kinds of different levels and holes in my hair. One of the worst cuts Ive ever had! I cant do anything with it. I have to let it grow before someone can fix it. When I came back in to get money back and talk about it DD wasnt there so I showed Hannah and Tori the mess she had made and they agreed it was really bad. Hannah said she understood because it happened a lot with DDs clients. All the while her and tori were shaking their heads in disbelief. Along with a refund, I made app for a week later to get someone else at Dside to fix the mess DD made. The next thing I know DD called and left me a VM the day before my appt, telling me that she was canceling my appt because as a salon they couldnt meet my needs. Well DD, my needs were not abnormal, you just didnt want me coming back in and having your employees see the incompetent job you did. BTW, the pricing on your web site dont coincide with what you charged me for my many services there. Found that out a little to late.

Kendall is sooooo amazing! I have really dark long brown hair and wanted to go similar to a kim kardashian/ ash blonde. She nailed it! I mean like dead on! my hair looks EXACTLY like the photo I showed her!! Not to mention I had faded red color in my brown still. But that didnt stop her. She is awesome! Defff got my moneys worth and a new hairstylist :)

Called to make an appointment and didnt get too far. Audra hung up on me after a long moment of silence when I asked for a quote on a short hair cut. Very rude and unprofessional. Not the first time Ive received poor service from this establishment either. :( Will not be returning.
