I started going to Industrial CrossFit a year ago after moving to the area and from another gym. The coaches and athletes were so welcoming and humble. All different ages and experience levels. Any workout can be scalable and fit your specific need! Highly recommend this gym. You won’t regret it!

I’d absolutely recommend Industrial CrossFit. Owners and coaches are totally invested in this gym and their members. It’s inclusive, it’s inspiring and life-changing. They’ve changed me for the better. I can see it and feel it. I love these people and I love what they are helping me achieve. You won’t regret it!

If you’ve never tried Crossfit, it’s a MUST!! I have loved all the friends I’ve made and the way I feel after each workout. 😅💪🏻If you’ve thought about it, sign up and just give it a go. I doubt you will regret it. The endorphin release is super addicting along with seeing yourself grow as an athlete!If you’re injured, you can scale or modify any workout. Trust me, you will LOVE it. ☺️

Its a place with the total CrossFit experience. The coaches are very educated and know exactly how to tailor each workout to each individuals needs if there is a reason to modify. They also know when to challenge and push the more competitive crowd. You will experience a fun and friendly atmosphere that is also dog and kid friendly when coming to IC. I encourage anyone that has any negative ideas about CrossFit to give IC a chance to change your mind.

The coaches and community are amazing! Joined 6 weeks ago and just keep going back:) great support for ALL levels of fitness. They support, help modify, break down steps, etc for beginners. Then right next to that beginner is an elite athlete also being equally challenged in their work out.

The culture/atmosphere is really encouraging. Theres a good balance of challenge to be the best you can be without the annoying intimidation factor Ive experienced at other gyms. Equipment is super great. The coaching is excellent.

Industrial CrossFit was great! I was visiting my family, so I was a traveler visiting this crossfit box, I will say I have very high standards, I am one of those who only likes to work out with my trainer and compares every trainer to my current and past trainers. This box just blew me away, Nicole the owner and her husband were very welcoming and knowledgable. The other coaches were just as amazing, knowledgable, and very encouraging. The knowledge and encouragement does not stop there, all of the people who workout there were great! I will definitely be back.
