The crew contacted about an opening in their schedule and asked if I wanted to keep or pull in my appt. It worked out great to get an earlier slot so I’m glad they were communicative. They worked quick and efficiently from what I could tell. They were courteous and professional. While cleaning the gutters they let us know about loose nails they fixed. Then they put on a moss treatment. It didn’t cover the house fully and there are some spots we worry won’t ever get touched even when trickled down from rain. But they noted we may want another treatment in the fall. Other than that, we were very happy with the work and would use them again.

Use these guys! My husband and I were calling around to try to get estimates on gutters after having a new roof put on. The first company I called wouldn’t even come out to give us an estimate. Called Gutter empire and they came out the next day for an estimate and installed the gutters the following week. They sent paperwork thru email and sent appt reminder texts. Very professional all the way around. Color matched our trim perfectly. We have a 70’s ranch and all sides are single pieces. Opted for the gutter clean out downspouts. Gutter Empire put new gutters on my house today. They worked long and hard in cold weather and did a very good job. There were issues with a roof line that wasn’t level and they took extra time to get everything the best that it could be. All debris was cleaned up and the quality of the job and water flow was double checked and approved. The workers were polite and friendly. A life time warranty is awesome also.Left Coast Exteriors just finished installing a new roof a few days earlier and it all looks awesome with a 50 year guarantee on the roof. Financing was made possible for me at a time that I really couldn’t afford it and everyone that I talked to was professional and kind. I called Gutter Empire LLC after searching for what I needed at Home Depot and then trying a couple other gutter companies. One of the gutter companies I called told me they only take jobs that are at least $1,000. The other company didnt answer their phone or return my call. I then called Gutter Empire. Dmitriy answered the phone right away. I explained to him what I needed and he asked me to text him pictures. He then put together some gutter downspouts for me with the appropriate elbow attachments at the end. He even painted everything to match the color of my house and provided me with all the hardware needed to put them in place myself -- and explained to me how to do it properly. He wouldnt accept any payment from me. Its obvious he knows gutter systems and hes a perfectionist. And, importantly, hes a customer service person! I now have a Gutter Guy and will always use Dmitriy in the future for anything I need related to my gutter system now and in the future Thank You Dmitriy!

First, they responded before anyone else, and even dropped by to look at the job within a couple hours of my post describing the need. Second, I received a quote by that evening. Third, their flexible but fast scheduling got their repair people to my door before the week was out. Fourth, those people were both very professional and friendly. Gutter empire was the last quote after 4 or 5 quotes. what separated his company from the others was he offered more options that the others didnt mention (wide mouth gutter spouts). I had issues with leaves clogging the gutters causing the gutters to overflow. when I heard his solution to my problems I immediately knew who I wanted to do the job. its been about a month since they finished and the leaves and debris just flow right through and no overflows!would highly recommend gutter empire to any one.

I never received a call back after submitting a request for a quote, not once but TWICE! I called their number first and the guy I spoke to asked me to submit the request online and someone would call me back “either the next day or the day after”....that was 2weeks ago! I’m sure this company has all the business they need. The competition called me right back and came by the next day. They had a quote to me within a couple hours.

They installed new gutters on 152 units and did such a good job, I will use them for every property in the future. Very polite and professional. Answered all questions I had and the work is guaranteed for life. Very pleased with finished work and they even did a final walkthrough inspection. Extremely pleased!
