We had a very large window that they installed on a second story 18 months ago and again this last month. The team is very professional, on time, courteous, and respectful. They helped us multiple times in dealing with a Jeldwen replacement window that kept arriving defective. They stuck by us and provided over and above customer support and service without any incentive other than to help us. I highly recommend using them as they can handle difficult windows and provide great customer service!

I was looking for glass for three cabinets in my new kitchen. When I contacted Pacific Northwest Glass and Mirror they didnt just sent me to the sample area. They took the time to ask a few clarifying questions in order to make sure I would get what I was looking for. I wanted a glass that would distort what was in the cabinet just a little but that also had a wow factor to it. I chose seedy reamy glass and I absolutely love it! Unfortunately, the picture doesnt do it justice! Youll have to take my word for it :)

Pacific NW Glass replaced three dual-paned windows where the seals had broken and mold had grown in the inner pane. They were responsive and prompt throughout the quote and scheduling process, and the quality of work was high. The guys were professional but also friendly, and the whole process was very easy. The pricing was also the best of the quotes we received, and the warranties were acceptable and clearly explained. I’ll definitely call Pacific NW Glass again if we have additional window needs.

Adam and his crew did a great job with our windows and store front doors at our storage project. Adam went above and beyond to accommodate the changes we had, and had great communication along the way.

During a recent remodel of both bathrooms in our home, we discovered how great it can be to use a custom glass shop to add the mirrors to your room! We only knew we wanted large wall mirrors with beveled edges. Dan recommended a particular beveled edge that looks beautiful, and the custom look of the floating mirrors he suggested is amazing. Without his advice we would never even have known about these beautiful mirrors, and of course because this is a custom glass shop, they are cut to the perfect size for our wall areas. Dan measured, cut and installed our mirrors in less than a week. The best part was that the cost was less than we would have spent on having someone else install the hardware store-sized flat mirrors! Best experience ever!

These guys were great to work with !! Highly recommend using them. I attempted to install Shower Glass from Home Depot and went badly ! I called Pacific NW Glass if they could help us out. I was concerned about the holes I had drilled. They came over 3 times to check to make sure everything was right. They listened to my concerns and there prices were very fair. I give Pacific Northwest Glass And Mirror my HIGHEST recommendation! They replaced All the windows on our home, but instead of replacing the entire window frame and glass, they proposed a technique in which they left the frames in place, and simply replaced the glass. The result was a 30-year-old house full of beautiful glass (60+ panes!)...at half the cost, and in half the time. The folks at PNWG&M are wonderful to work with — efficient, polite, and clearly expert at their work! Pacific Northwest Glass and Mirror is a secret treasure in Vancouver, Washington, but I’m guessing it won’t be a secret for long!

I would just like to say Pacific Northwest Glass & Mirror provided me with some excellent custom glass for the inside of my house, I was looking to separate my dining room and my kitchen area. I went to their facility and walked there showroom, the speciality glass and hardware they have for display really made it easy to get a visual and to make a decision. Now when I have guests come over they always comment on the glass divider. I appreciate the awesome work.

Excellent company! I had them install some mirrors inside my house, along with exterior windows. Everything was done exceeding my expectations and I would highly recommend them for any future installs. They also watched my dog for an hour so I could run to get some medicine for my sick kid.

We had a need for custom windows to replace failed aluminum windows in our 5th floor condo. Finding a contractor to take on this job was very difficult. AdaIm and company embraced the challenge.
