Safty over all. whent to pick up skid with the brush/black berry cutter attachement few weeks ago, they decided to add a costum door/ shield just in case some of the debris fly in to the cab.this was a great idea, keep the operator safe.thank you!

Rented the BIG bumper pull chipper. Worked flawless, glad I went with the largest chipper.

Honest review: Prices: excellent. I rented at 0830. I returned by 1345 and was given some full day rental commitment back on my card. I wasnt expecting this due to being over the 4 hour mark. The timeliness of ordering to leaving with the product was great. From in the front door to out of the driveway with equipment in truck was only 12 minutes. The equipment itself, however, was not enviable. I rented a 2500 psi gas powered pressure washer. The equipment was rolled out of storage and given an obligatory pull start to prove to the loading dock guy that it turned on. Other than that it was not inspected. When I got home, I found the threaded female:female adapter for the pull-back hose clamp to be loose, causing a large water leak. Had I been a home owner without a very specific, thin wrench I wouldve had to take it back. The equipment overheated after 1.5 hours of use and had to be shut off for 30 minutes before further use. The outside temp was 72F. I checked the oil and found it rather dirty. I gave two stars because Im not interested in customer service quality when renting tools. Im interested in well functioning tools. With the volume of competition in this market you can expect to find as good or better at almost any location. I opted for convenience of location from my house. I will drive a little further next time.

Sometimes youre better off just purchasing the tool it might be cheaper. It was for me.

Josh was great, got me setup fast and communication throughout was excellent.

Our experience with this local equipment rental company and their business practices was awful.  They agreed to retrieve their equipment on a Monday but didnt remove it from the home until Friday. This delay held up other work that needed to be completed but the tractor was still on the property.  Calling this local Sunbelt store during the week resulted in empty promises that the equipment would be picked up tomorrow indicating they only had one truck.  Not our issue.   The sense is that our home was used as a Sunbelt Storage Lot until such time as another call comes in for that equipment then they will deliver it to the next client from our lawn where it sat abandoned by Sunbelt.  In sharing our concerns with Brent at this local Sunbelt about how to proceed and possibly reporting the equipment as abandoned, he felt it necessary to remind us that his uncle is the Clark County Sheriff. This name dropping can only be interpreted as a form of intimidation.  This store also claimed there was damage to the equipment in retaliation for us urging them to have it removed.  The hope is Sunbelt Corporate will take action against this type of conduct from one of its locations and stop their disturbing business tactics and reneging on the agreed pick up date.

Rented a 12 inch chipper that could barley handle 4 inch wood. The machine was in horrible shape when we rented it. Ran it for 1.5 hours. When I dropped it off the guy says what happened to the hitch its bent.... I said if you cant tell thats like a couple years old maybe you shouldnt be checking in the equipment.... granted we had the chipper for a week just because of logistics we couldnt bring it back sooner. Charged me $2500.00 for a 12 inch chipper that could barely chip 4 inches that we put 1.5 hours on. They sure didnt do much maintenance on this machine. Pretty disappointed with the machine and the service.
