Purchased a Vacuum from them a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience with them. Jacob did a great job demonstrating the vacuum and didnt pressure us one bit when we wanted to think about it. In the end the vacuum sold itself and with the help of Jacob we now have clean carpets.

Ignored my no soliciting sign, rang my doorbell, and woke me up from my nap. The salesperson refused to give me her name, and had no identification on her. It is a class b misdemeanor in my city.No means no. Don’t knock on doors that have no soliciting signs. It’s entitled and rude. I was up all night with a teething baby and really needed that nap.

Today we purchased a Kirby due to the great work of Kent and his team. Being unfamiliar with the brand Kent took time to answer every question I had. He was personable, he educated on the better options for what we currently had in place. He showed us the ease and perks of the products and really helped me understand the why in our investment. Please send him back when our vacuum brakes, I would love to cross paths with him again.

Very creepy people they are sending out. They seem to wander around peoples property and peer into windows. Dont even wear masks when coming onto peoples property. Had a guy a few months ago looking into my neighbors window for a few mins before knocking then walking into their lawn to check another window. Seems very sketchy.

**UPDATE #2**We never got our vacuum back. After several attempts at contacting the company, we had to leave it to the BBB to sort it out. It seems RTS Distribution will not answer any calls, emails, or complaints unless forced to. Eventually was able to get a $100 refund for the vacuum they lost, but only because we involved the BBB and kept trying to get in touch with them.Overall, dishonest company who doesnt honor selling agreements. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.****UPDATE****After weeks of emailing and trying to contact a rep I filed a report with the BBB. they eventually got in touch with me after my complaint was received by their department and said that they had shipped our vacuum but they did it to the wrong address. So I used the tracking number to update the shipping address so we could get our vacuum back. After all of that we received a package but it had the wrong vacuum in it it was not ours. I tried reaching out again and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Will update again if we ever get our vacuum back.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Horrible company. We had traded in our current vacuum to get a discount on one of the Avalir2 models. We did this knowing we had signed an agreement stating that our property would be returned to us if we decided to return the Avalir2.Long story short, we contacted their reps to return the Avalir2 on a Wednesday, were not contacted until Monday afternoon on Martin Luther King Jr. day saying that they absolutely had to pick up the vacuum that afternoon. We, of course, had made plans and were out of town and were forced to come home early to accommodate their rude reps.We were told at the time of the pick up of the Avalir2 that a sellers receipt would be sent to us very soon because they didnt have the paperwork. Probably our fault for falling for that, but we thought they were telling the truth.It has been several weeks since they took our return, but they have not returned our old vacuum to us. Ive tried contacting them several time but no one answers any of my calls or texts, whether it be the reps we worked with or their corporate phone number.Ill update the review if we ever get our property back. But for now, it looks like weve been swindled out of our property. Who knows, theyve probably already re-sold it to some other person....

Rodney sold us our Kirby, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, young man. We love our Kirby and so impressed with the thorough demonstrations he gave us of all the many attachments and their cleaning abilities. The cleaning he did was way beyond our expectations. Jacob, Dave and Lauren are outstanding peeps. Very professional and courteous. They changed our minds about what I thought was overly priced vaccum, not until Jacob showed us what it does and how it does it, and why it stands out. I was deadlocked on not buying anything, till I gave Jacob a chance to show me the Kirby and seeing it in action. I was mind blown! Sold! Just had the most amazing Kirby rep clean my floors and chill, got to know him a bit and you won’t be disappointed. If you have been over recently you’ll know how amazing these floors look. Keisha was in our neighborhood talking about Kirby products and what they could do to clean our house better. I scheduled an appointment with her and Shawn came to our house a few nights later. He was very knowledgeable in the product, informative and great at training in how to use the Kirby. He sold us when I saw him remove an awful stain that has been driving me nuts out of our main living room carpet. When I saw what was being pulled out of our carpet I was amazed. I no longer have to clean and not see results, I am seeing things change in my home and I know this is just the beginning as I get to know my Kirby more! My husband and I are excited to be proud owners of a Kirby! Worth every penny.

Been to my house 3 times...All 3 times they repeated to knock until someone answered.All 3 times they ignored my no solicitations sign.2 times they came after 8pm at night.2 times they wouldnt produce anything saying who they were and got mad at the fact that I would ask.All 3 times they wouldnt take no for an answer and kept pushing.Ridiculous tactics, leaving my gate wide open to my yard... I have dogs, dogs can get out.Screw it, next time Im just opening up the door and letting my dogs take care of them. Bottom line is your trespassing.

Love this company, I was looking for work and came across RTS Distributing. I was skeptical at first, but they trained me very professionally and are making sure Im set for success. Very diverse individuals within the company who are professional to costumers and fellow employees. RTS will take care and bend over backwards for anyone and everyone.

Return policy is a joke. Sells reps are con-artists vacuum works great during demo but after you put the bag on and vacuum does not pick up like they say. Don’t buy a Kirby not worth the money what so ever. Don’t even let them come do a demo in your home.

They can go as low as $1000. Don’t get fooled by their “discounts” and million phone calls to contest desk, it’s all a play. 😂. Don’t fall for their $3000. Rip offfffs. Lol.Also, they keep removing all the bad reviews they get, and only leave the “good fake ones”. Such looser act and disgrace.

Very kind people. The carpet looked great and some much dirt came up. The machine is amazing just the price is high for our frugal family who doesn’t make purchases that big.

For years I have been working with RTS. I have dealt with unprofessional companies who mistreat the people who work for them. I also have been under paid for my knowledge and experience by other offices. They value me and treat me like family here. I love it! I also just got another promotion!!

Gaige recently performed a demonstration in my home of the Kirby product. The product itself was beyond impressive - making the cost of an item like that seem reasonable. But really, Im drafting this review now in the aftermath of such a pleasant encounter with Gaige and his team lead. Gaige, although professing to be new was uncannily affable, honest, proficient, knowledgeable and lacking the kind of snake-oil sheen particular to old school sales reps. His presence was refreshing, confident AND humble. He was swift to instill trust and good conversation- so much so that I felt absolutely fine spending some time in the garden while he cleaned his equipment in my living room. I 100% endorse his representation of the Kirby company- and further commend him for any future acknowledgment. You have a very fine individual on your team and I was very happy to have had such an excellent and unexpected encounter on a Friday afternoon!

Pushy door bell ringer, rang several times like it was an emergency. It was not, just trying to sell stuff and get inside the door.

Pushy solicitor showed up at my door and when I didn’t anwer her knock because it was someone who looked unprofessional and I didn’t know her. She then rang my door bell repeatedly till I answered. Did not have her solicitors license displayed or company logo shirt.
