Cindy was very professional and very knowledgeable.Our River Cruise was wonderful! The accommodations were great, very spacious, full size bath and very clean. The food on The Jazz was so delicious! Every meal was a gourmet meal.Excursions were excellent!I would highly recommend a River Cruise. It’s a relaxing trip and capacity was only 162 guests, making it very quaint and appealing!Thank you!

Running late for cruise. Captain started trip but came back and picked us up. Our being late was our fault so they didnt have to come back to pick us up but they did. Thank you Captain and crew of the Portland Spirit for all your concern to make our trip AWESOME.

After several frustrating experiences with one of the large online travel agencies, in 2016 I stumbled across an ad for USA River Cruises. I like that they are a small company with lots of personal experience to back up their recommendations. Have had nothing but stellar service from them, everyone is SO friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns we have. So far we have booked one American Queen and two Viking cruises with them, and we have another two with Viking booked. Despite COVIDs disruption of 2020 travel, Cindy has stayed on top and helped us with rebooking several cruises, despite working from home. Its always a pleasure to chat with her! We have complete trust in her recommendations and advice.

This travel agency is the best! I found it on line over 11 years ago. I called and the rest is history. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They want you to have the best possible travel experience! They answer all your questions and take care of everything. And, they aren’t just for American river cruises. They specialize in small ships but can do it all. Since my last review, they have planned a family get together for our 50th anniversary at Tanque Verde (a dude ranch resort), a Royal Carribbean cruise with some good friends and in September a trip to Iceland and Norway, including a Viking Ocean cruise. I would say it was a trip of a lifetime but they all are! Next up is one we have thought about for many years...New Zealand and Australia, including a cruise and a train trip. Stay tuned for another stellar review because we know, after all of Cindy’s hard work pulling everything together, that it will be wonderful.

The trip we took was great. Some problems with new ship, but they tried to make up for the stops we missed. Food was wonderful, staff, very good. A little pricey. Would travel with them again if the price is right.

We have been traveling with USA River Cruises for 9 years. Been toFrance, Germany,Portugal, Panama Canal, Alaska, Canada, Oregon, and nowthe Mediterranean. Every trip has been wonderful and well planned byCindy. But, I dont know how this last trip can be topped.We hadnt planned this one, it wasnt at the top of our list of have tosee. Cindy wrote to tell us about the good deal that Viking OceanCruises was having and that she was getting a group together. So, wesaid Lets go! We have traveled with Cindy and Don before (Spain andPortugal) so we knew we would have a good time.Everything was above any expectations that we had. From the hotel inAthens, to the Viking Sky to exploring the canals of Venice, it wasamazing. Even the weather was perfect...dont know how you did that Cindy.Cindy arranged some private tours in Athens and Venice for us. A perfectway to get to know a little bit of ancient history, the people, thefood, and the beauty of cities.The Viking Sky is a beautiful ship. Tours were offered in each port oryou could explore on your own. I was especially taken with the beauty ofMontenegro. The history of Greece and the former Yugoslavia countrieswas very interesting. The people are so friendly and welcoming.The food on the ship was excellent. There were plenty of options on themenu, although my husband had creme brûlée at almost every meal. Theymake all their own bread and gelato. Everything from scratch. It wasopen dining so we were able to meet and chat with quite a few of theother passengers. The cabins were spacious and the crew was fantastic,from the stewards to the waiters to the bartenders. (Did I mention winewith lunch and dinner?) there were also two specialty restaurants. Haddelicious meals at both. Afternoon tea was served in the Wintergarden.Cindy and I spent a lovely afternoon sipping tea and eating lots oflittle goodies there.Our hotels and B&Bs were perfect. In Athens there was a rooftoprestaurant and bar overlooking the Acropolis, absolutely breathtaking atnight. It was easy walking to shops and sights. The B&Bs in Venice werecharming and intimate. We stayed in 3 and they were all very nice. Theproprietors were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and thebreakfasts were delicious, a perfect way to start the day.The only part of the trip that we didnt enjoy was having to take thatflight home.We are already planning our next trip, a family get together at aranch/spa in Arizona. We are hoping Cindy and her family will also beable to join in the fun.Cindy always does such an outstanding job when it comes to planning ourtrips. We love working with her. She listens to her clients andunderstands what they want out of their travel experience. Hersuggestions are the highlights of our trips. I love all the planning,and working with the professionals at USA River Cruises makes theplanning easy. Thank you, Cindy!
