I’m glad I found these guys last night. I have a report due on Monday and my computer crashed. Tony was the guy working last night and he was able to log into the computer and get my report back, except for the last page!! I had a virus on the machine that locked everything up and made it appear to be all kinds of jumbled characters. I’m glad they were able to help and I would definitely use them in the future. It was a little on the expensive but I did get a virus protection software to replace Mcafee which was not working very well at all and was the entire reason I had to call these guys. Im under the impression that those Anti-Virus Programs at Best Buy are all garbage. The software I purchased from Tony is expensive, but it is guaranteed.

These guys saved me when I was in a bind. I had to get my machine upgraded from windows 7 because Microsoft is not supporting it anymore. I had to make sure all my stuff worked before I switched. Justin was able to log into my machine get the backups done, saved all my music and pictures, they mailed my disks to me, and then do the upgrade. It was relatively painless. Little expensive, but all technology support is these days. Id much rather have someone qualified and get it done right than screw up my computer like the last guys did. THANK YOU JUSTIN! Hopefully I wont be back. Oh yea, if youre using Norton for virus protection donttrust it. Itll mess your computer up.

Secure remote support has been the IT gurus in charge of our companies IT support for over 4 years. Thank you so much guys! You totally saved my skin. Without you guys, I honestly don’t know what I would have done!I hired secure remote support to recover some lost files. Apparently, I had accidently gotten a virus on my computer that had corrupted my files and caused me to lose my thesis paper that I had been working on for 6 months! Every time I tried to open it, it would pop up a word document with a bunch of random letters and symbols Id never seen before. They had informed me that it was a virus that deletes all your information and is VERY difficult to get repaired properly.Within 5 hours Secure remote was able to restore my computer back to working functionality, and within a day I had my documents back. My main concern was getting my thesis and a few other papers restore to functionality. The pictures were important too, and they fixed almost every single one of those.I would highly recommend these guys to solve whatever ails your computer. They did it right, and way cheaper than the other guys I was considering. I love how down to earth and personable these guys are as I expected to have a nerdy talking down to me about what I did or did not do. I hired Secure Remote Support to check out (hopefully repair,) some viruses on my computer. They were referred to me by a family friend last year and I just now had a reason to utilize their services. I am going to start by saying this has been one of the most pleasing experiences Ive had with any service related company.Hiring a computer company is somewhat of a daunting process. I don’t know enough about it to not get ripped off and unfortunately have been lied to by companies like Geek Squad or the shop down the street. Luckily, I felt confident due to this being a referral from a trusted source (they have used these guys are a few years.) I normally do not write reviews but, I wanted to write this review to try and help any other people in my situation that might have a soured experience with other companies. My smooth experience with SRS definitely deserves a 5 star review!I have found the last computer company that I will ever use. The problem with anything local was the amount of time they wanted to take to repair it (1 week.) In the past, they have been less than honest with me about what was actually wrong with my computer. Jason (or Chris?) my technician, connected to my machine and repaired the issue in an afternoon. He kept me updated too. I actually just connected him up and left. They worked on it and called me when it was done. By far the easiest process I’ve ever gone through. It was so smooth, and he was able to answer any questions that I had. He was able to use words that were easy for me to understand, given my less than prominent computer knowledge, I was able to follow along just fine.I would recommend Secure remote to anyone looking for computer repair. They are affordable and trust worthy.

I heard about this company from a complaint about another co. I had used in the past and saw they were being sued by the Federal Government. Another person said they had used Secure Remote Services and was very happy that they had solved a difficult problen. I saw they recieved a BBB A + rating. I thought it was a good idea to try them because my computer was in such bad shape I was ready to just throw it away and start all over again. I figured before I did that I would talk to them and get a feel for what they were all about before I paid for anything. Not only did I get transparency from them ( Joe in particular), over 24hrs plus was spent repairing the disaster I called my computer. What pleased my soul was it is an American co, and that cinched it for me. I felt secure in their quality. I do not regret trusting them. They ARE a trustworthy, highly qualified, really nice Co. I am glad that lady mentioned their name as repairing the severe damage done to her computer done by the same company that I had used years before. Thank God for small Miracles that blossom into Oh my God, they fixed it! It is running as clean and as fast as when I bought it 5 years ago. I recommend this Company without a tarnish to My reputation. I thank Joe especially.
