I may have misunderstood initially.The guy came over and cleaned the carpet.As far as cleaning go, Im satisfied with the result, though the carpet was brand new, so Im not sure how much cleaner it became.The service guy did put rugs down to make sure my hard wood floors wont get damaged. Mario was very knowledgeable and honest. I had asked him to treat for pet urine in an area, he said he could but he didn’t think it would do any good as the area was too far gone. It would have been easy for him to just say yes and take my money, instead he was honest about the lack of results. He did pet treat other areas and did a great job. He was fast and professional. Mario Arevalo did a great job on my carpets and sofas! We had lots of stains from my kid all over my carpet and he took his time to make sure all of them cleaned out great. My cream sofas havent been washed in two years and finally look good. I would definitely recommend having him come by.

My experience was great. I would reccomend Jeff because he really knew what he was talking about. He was able to decipher between cat urine and dog urine. He did a better job than I could have with renting and doing it all myself. Overall it was worth the extra money to get the job done better and not have to do all that work myself.

Living on a farm our carpets gets quite dirty from the mud and dust that come in with our dogs. I hired Jeff from North County Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets and furniture. Jeff had our home scheduled the next week, arrived early and explained to us how he was going to clean our rugs, carpet and pieces of furniture. We also asked him if he could clean the dining room chairs my parents gave to me when they passed on. Jeff had no hesitation to tackle these chairs along with the carpets and sectional. Our carpets look newer than new and our dining room chairs are amazing! Jeff preserved my parents legacy as I thought the set was completely ruined! Just moved to Brush Prairie 3 days ago and needed my furniture cleaned as it had been in storage for a few months. The North County team did a superb job from my initial phone query, to the text reminders for the appointment, to the actual work done today. Mario arrived promptly, examined my large couch and 2 big recliners, went through the options (we have dogs and needed the pet odor and stain treatment), gave me the estimate, and then got right to work. My couch hasnt been this clean in years! Very friendly people that really seem to care about doing a great job. I highly recommend them if you need your furniture cleaned, and I thought their prices were very reasonable. I plan on having them come back to clean my tile and grout floors as well.

He was very upfront with us that due to the age and stains on the carpet, we may not get 100% clean, maybe more like 70%, and he let us decide if we wanted to go forward. Jeff did a very professional and thorough job cleaning an area of stubborn stains that could not be removed with off the shelf spray cleaner. In fact in the future I will be very cautious in using spray cleaners, as it can bleach the carpet, which is what happened in this case. Nothing they can do about that, but I appreciated that Jeff took the time to explain that.
