My washing machine flooded my carpet and Richard came to the rescue just before closing! He showed honest concern over the phone before even seeing the damage that had been done. He arrived within the hour with all the right equipment and was able to save my brand new carpet. Polite, professional and responsive!! Definitely will be my homes go to carpet company!

Rich really knows what hes doing, and is up to date on the newest equipment and methods for all things carpet cleaning. He really takes pride in his craft - a rare trait these days. Hes also a great conversationalist and just all around friendly dude. His assistant was also on the ball and very attentive. The two worked great together and were perfectly in sync, sometimes it seemed like they could read each others minds. I have no doubt in my mind that Rich is the best around. He did an excellent job communicating when he would be at my house, and he showed up right when he said he would. If something unexpected came up and he was going to be late, I have no doubt in my mind he wouldve called to let me know asap. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Highly recommend Rich and son Dakota. My carpet looks new. Rich took time with a black light to show me where the problem spots were. I knew some of them but was enlightened by what the black light showed. He definitely knows what he’s doing. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up so I never knew they had been in my house. Called for carpet stretching, and was able to get it done the very next day! He was on time and went room to room telling me what needed to be moved so he could work. Only took about an hour to do three rooms and a hallway. Carpet looks brand new again and all buckles are gone. You cant even tell the carpet needed stretching anymore. Highly recommend if you need carpet stretched. A+++++

Had our entire upstairs carpets cleaned by Mountain Carpets. They did amazing job and were very friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them and getting your carpets steamed cleaned (like getting your teeth cleaned at a dentist vs your daily brushing) carpets are left looking brighter and cleaner, plus it keeps us in compliance for our carpet warranty. The team worked well and thanks to their extra efforts my carpets were left lightly damp (vrs wet) and dried quickly.

I have a little dog (Walter) who to say the least has struggled with potty training. When I say struggled, I mean he’s the worst dog I’ve ever owned. He is a dachshund and is 2 years old and is barely better than a brand new puppy. Ughhh! I have tried to clean his numerous spots with my own carpet cleaner but have always been unable to get the entire stain up. Mountain View Carpet Care was recommended to me from my daughter. He showed me with the black light how many times Walter has been a bad dog and I was sick. After the treatment my carpets are beautiful and my home feels so much fresher. We rent our house out as an AirBnB. Right before Christmas we had the dreaded misfortune that one of the renters used our house for a huge party, unbeknownst to us. We discovered this catastrophe at noon and a new group of guests were set to arrive the same day at 4:00. The house smelled of thick smoke from both cigarettes and cannabis.
