My experience was very good. The techs called ahead and arrived in their window. They were courteous and provided an estimate up front that squared with what I was told on the phone. They worked quickly and thoroughly. The total came out lower than quoted because the job went better than anticipated. Great results too. The carpet and upholstery dried within a few hours. No crunchy carpet after the fact. We vacuumed one more time prior to putting the furniture back. The cleaning process brings the dirt and fibers to the surface for easy removal. The house is fresh and looks great! We’ll be using ChemDry again.

We were really impressed with the results! Our family has 4 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats with almost white carpet. Between the pet stains and kids we didn’t have high expectations but we were really amazed by how clean everything was and the fresh smell! Also, the technician was very friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

The service was excellent from start to finish. They showed up 20 minutes early. We did a walk through so I could point out areas of concern. The service was quick and they left the common space in the building spotless. My carpet came out better than I expected. The biggest bonus for me was that there was no overpowering smells of citrus cleaner and the carpets dried incredibly fast. I would most definitely use there services again and recommend them to friends.

These folks are all about being accommodating: they worked around my schedule; had an estimate done when we needed them to; fixed the error when addressed and went out of their way to make us happy. It was a big house we just bought and moved in. The carpet was past due for deep cleaning and Jake with his partner came in to get the job done right. Excellent job, guys!Vicki is very courteous and helpfuk too.I would have them do any deep carpet cleaning in the future.

If you have pet stains you want removed they can remove it!! We have 4 dogs and despite our best efforts to get the stains out, we couldn’t. Chem-dry came in, treated the stains, and got our carpets fantastically clean. I’m so glad we went with chem-dry!

Wow! Our initial contact with Vicki in the office was positive. She accommodated our schedule and let us know what to expect.We were very impressed that Jake called us ahead of time to let us know exactly when they would arrive within our assigned “ window”.Jake and his helper Jeremiah did such a good job. Jake went above and beyond explaining the process, our choices and how to best follow up continuing care of our area rugs and carpet. Over the years we have used many different companies, but none of them can compare to ChemDry. Their process is very effective without drenching your carpets.We will only use ChemDry. We will only use ChemDry. They do an excellent job at getting out the stains. We have used other companies in the past that have left our carpets really wet, brought the dirt to the surface and our socks would turn brown, left an odor or have broke a lamp or object. We have never had any issues with ChemDry. Our carpets are 30 years old, we have 2 boys, a dog and muddy property but you would never know after ChemDry has come! Very pleased! This is the second time I have used Chem-Dry of Vancouver since moving from Oregon and I am more than pleased with the quality of service. I also want to thank Todd for going above and beyond on my job.

Put our house on the market and thought we would have to replace the carpets. We live in the country and have pets, so the carpets were in sad shape with mud and pet oils grounded in. The living room also had food stains and some soot from the wood burning stove. I use a steam cleaner every few months and get quite a bit up but they still look sad. Decided to give carpet cleaning a try first. Called Chem-Dry and they came out two days later. They worked extremely hard on the living room. Carpets look great, almost brand new. This saved us 1000s for selling out house.

They worked magic on a really dirty/stained rug I dropped off. It came back like new!

We have used this company a few times and keep coming back. On our latest cleaning, Tom communicated very well on his schedule and on problem areas.
