Awesome service and highly recommend this non-profit bike shop! Help support local!!! Took my Green Goblin and service was fast! They did a basic tuneup and I have to say, it rides awesome, very happy and pleased!!!

Bike Clark County Hub is an awesome shop. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They offer great deals on bikes, parts, and accessories. They are a full service shop. Bonus is they are a nonprofit whos focus is education, safety, and fun. Highly recommend

Completely satisfied..another place stated a new rim was needed along with the tune up..BCC completely different; fixed the rim and my kid says the bike rides like it is brand new..and he likes to abuse his bike..hence the bent rim.. customer for life

I took the tire from my granddaughter’s stroller in today and the gentleman repaired it very quickly at no charge . Thank you for what you do for our community.

My girlfriend and I love this place. They offer affordable bikes/accessories, didnt charge us for the first tune-up, and even patched my tire for free too! These guys rock!

I was given two bikes in need of service and decided I would give one to Bike Clark County and one to Vancouver Cyclery to compare services. What I liked about Bike Clark County: the standard service is $10 less than the other shop, I received an itemized list of services performed, the bike received new brake pads as part of the service, the tires had good air pressure and the bike looked and rode great! I would not hesitate to bring any bike problem to Bike Clark County. Definitely quality service and a good value.My experience with the other shop? ...the other end of the spectrum.

These guys are incredibly nice, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I just bought my first bike from these guys and they were very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns.They have a nice garage door set-up so that no one but employees are allowed in the store, they’re sanitizing everything after each person, etc.Them being a local non-profit is just the cherry on top! Support local!

Paul was the first to greet me upon opening their bay door. Harry was the tech that ended up helping me with a slew of requests, and performed flawlessly. I walked away with more than what I knew I needed and made the trip more than worth it. I even ordered more gear to tune up my bike. I have never had such a great experience at a bike shop. I cant wait to go back to pick up more gear and have services done to my bike from this wonderful shop. Cheers.

My bike had a bent derailleur hangar and I am unskilled when it comes to bike repairs. I decided to try out Bike Clark County and the service was great. The staff were friendly, they didnt try to rip me off, and my bike shifts perfectly now.

We are so lucky to have this place in our neighborhood. Great people doing great work for the riders of Clark County. Not a lot of bikes for sale right now but all accessories and repairs still going.

It was good. I needed a few parts for my bicycle. I went to Vancouver cyclery first, but they did not have what I needed, so they referred me to Bike Clark County. I then hopped on the Bus, rode over to the shop, and they had what I needed.

Non-profit helping Community to ride more bike.

This shop is a good place to pick up parts, accessories, get service done on your bike, or buy a bike. Additionally, they accept bike donations. Breathing new life into used bikes and keeping out of landfills is a great thing to do.

They were fair and straight with me regarding what was up with my bike. Helped me to understand all my options and what I needed to know about each one then helped me plan the best logical plan for my finances. Will happily be going there for the forseabfore future.

Purchased a mountain bike for my 10yr old son and they couldnt have been more helpful. They let him take a couple bikes for a test drive around the block to ensure fit and comfort. He fell in love with a cool bike and got a helmet to go.

Took my (almost) 4yo son there yesterday to see if they had any bikes that would work for him as a Christmas present from his grandparents. They sorted us out with a used kids bike in good condition and installed new grips and training wheels. My son was really exited! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Ive been to this shop half a dozen times and enlisted their help in building up a bike. They are helpful and courteous. The work areas are also well stocked and a great resource.

They helped me with my bike , very fast and friendly , good price if anything happens to my bike definitely will come back

I dropped in with only 45min until closing and Chris helped me out with my bike so I would have a safe ride home. These guys rock!

Love this place! I bought a E bike at another shop but they let me work on it here. I always leave a donation, because its the right thing to do.

Amazing service and prices.

My derailleur was acting up on a ride through Vancouver, so I found BCC now has a bike shop that luckily was nearby and made my way there. I was welcomed right away, and Dave stopped what he was doing to take a look at my bike. He ended up completely taking the derailleur apart, cleaning and greasing it, and putting it back together. The derailleur will need a replacement, he explained, but it got me home (plus 40 miles or so ;-)). For all that, he charged me only $10(?!), though I handed over a $20 because they deserved at least that much but that was all the cash I had. Dave also took the time to share with me about BCCs other programs. Its really cool to hear that they give donated bikes to kids, teach bike safety, and work with older kids on leadership skills. Such a great organization, and a nice shop to go with it! Go in for great service, or make a $$ or bike donation to support their good work.

Got a spring tune-up and Colin did an awesome job. Bike rides like new.

Proceeds dont enrich a shop owner because there isnt one - this shop is community driven and not for profit. It feels great spending my money at Bike Clark County because I know Im getting great service by experienced mechanics while also supporting Bike Clark Countys various youth programs and community events.

They had some takeoff parts and new tubes that I needed for a good price.

Walked in to check it out, new to the area. Asked about some cleats for a spin class for my gym. Not really a big ask. Staff asked my size then laughs and says I have small feet. Ok, kinda rude but not gonna let it ruin my day. Then hands me a heavy pair of some used then laughs at my comment that they are too heavy for spin class, mocking me almost. Not sure what his deal was, but Im never coming back or sending anyone there. Shame too, just moved into town.
