This was one of three plumbing companies we called for an emergency we had installing our toilet. The receptionist was cheerful and detail-oriented as she asked for specific information regarding our situation. She was the only one of the three receptionists to do so. Henco sent a technician who was amiable and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He also advised us on how to improve our plumbing system to make it safer. He told me he was sending an estimate, but I have not received it yet. He fixed the problem and we are very grateful. If I had gotten the estimate, I could refer to him by name. I would use Henco again. I will call Monday to get the estimate on a new shut-off valve for the water that works!

Coming home to a flood in my downstairs was incredibly stressful but I instantly felt a calm when I called Henco pluming and just talked to the girl over the phone to make an appointment. She genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to help anyway she could. She put me on the schedule for the next day. The guy who came out was very considerate, kind and knowledgeable. Even put my mind a little at ease with saying he’s seen worse and to not worry. Fixed everything in a timely manner and didn’t mind all my questions as he worked. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

This company was fantastic. After calling numerous plumbing places, all of who said they couldnt get out to fix my water line break for at least a week (being a whole week without water?!?), the lovely receptionist I spoke with at Henco said shed try as hard as she could to get someone out that day or the next at the latest. A couple hours later Gage was here. He was very professional and fixed the problem immediately. And the entire cost was barely more than just the emergency house call fee (no fix included!) for the other places. Will definitely be using Henco again!

I called Henco with an emergency sewage pump problem. Tim and Mark were here the next day and didnt leave until it was fixed, well past regular work hours. The best part is that they explained to me exactly what had gone wrong, what they did to fix it, and how to avoid future catastrophes. They also seem to enjoy their work. This is my second time calling Henco with time-sensitive repairs, and I have been impressed by their work both times. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises.

Loren came to fix a leak on our garage ceiling. He was very thorough with his work and gave us explanations of everything that was being done. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a clog in our main line under the slab. Out of 16 plumbers Henco and one other gave estimates. The other guys price was staggering! Henco gave an alternative to ripping out my entire finished basement concrete slab. They did give a price on that which was actually good, but the alternative was a re-route. Price was great so we also had them install a new water heater. They came out and finished in a day. Everything is working like it should and they cleaned up really well. They were professional, personable and skilled in their field. I truly appreciate the company and the guys that did the job. Thanks!

Henco has consistently provided great service to our home over the past two years. They have installed a tankless water heater, worked on a bathroom rebuild, cleared a deep clog in our french drain system, and, just today, also installed a new hose bib. Each time the technician/plumber has been professional, friendly, and gotten the job done right. Sam came by today and the service was, once again, exceptional. I was very impressed by his explanation of the services provided and the result of his work.

Our plumber Allen was great, and the office staff was friendly, organized, and had great follow up.Allen moved two sink drains and their water supplies in an afternoon, and was clear and upfront about the cost before he started work. He also made minimal drywall cuts to get the job done and made sure we knew he wouldnt be repairing the drywall. He was also clear and accommodating about when and how long hed need to turn the water off to the house.He offered to install the rest of the project in the bathrooms, too. Though we didnt take him up on it, it was nice to know we couldve.Allen was also simply lovely to chat and work with, as we the office staff. Wed have him out and work with this company again in a heartbeat!

I came home from work to find our original water heater gushing water all over the garage. Panicked, I called several plumbers who were all too busy to make house calls late in the afternoon. I reached out to Henco and they had someone out to our place within 90 minutes. Not only did they find the source of the leak, they had another unit ready to install (with all of the correct fittings) ready to go in the truck. We had hot running water again in just a couple hours! Great staff and excellent service. Henco definitely saved the day!

Looks like this company has two identical web sites??Ill copy and paste my review on both.I called Henco Plumbing to give me a quote for the complete plumbing replacement of a two-storey house. The estimator came in scheduled time, took a look at the plans, went through the house, and said its a pretty straightforward job. Left business card and said to expect a bid soon.I wait for two weeks and kindly remind him about the quote. No reply.I wait additional two weeks and follow up again. No reply.I dont know what to say, and I dont understand why somebody who has so many good reviews would waste mine and theirs time for nothing.At this point, only I can say if you need a plumbing company for some more serious work, consider skipping this company.I didnt mention any names, but I have no problem sharing if the management or the owner wants to know the details.I always feel sorry to write negative reviews, but some companies need to start respecting customers.

We had a main waterline leak. I had NO running water. I called 5 other big box store plumbing business. They all put me on a waiting list. Not Henco though! . They sent a plummer out right away. Fast, Friendly service. Fix the leak . Now my family has running water. Thanks Henco!

I scheduled my sink repair on Sunday. The online price said $89. They increased it to $150 saying the $89 is only to drive to our house (less than 2 miles away). Then I get an estimate of over $600 to fix a bunch of valves I didn’t ask for. Then they canceled my sink job multiple times. A week and a half later they finally show up. The plumber was rude and condescending saying all you have to do is tighten a nut. They said it would be $150 even if they leave and don’t fix it. I shelled out $161 to have one nut tightened! Very unprofessional and will never use them again.

Henco has done work for us on multiple projects. Everyone we have interacted with has been professional, courteous, and has provided thoughtful and detailed estimates and work. They’ve always been patient and take their time to answer questions and make sure we understand the options. They even sent out a technician to help us out in a pinch with a last minute request that they certainly had no obligation to accommodate. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better company if you’re looking for professional customer service and professional work.

Gage showed up early, was respectful with the home, asking for shoes on or off. We had an unknown leak that resulted in water coming up and soaking through the wooden floorboards and wall/trim. Gage and Joe diagnosed the problem as a leak in the waterline coming into the bathroom. They cut through the drywall and found it. Gage explained the problem, gave us two options moving forward, then fixed the lines with the option we chose in a reasonable time frame. He also referred us to DryTime Restoration to deal with water damage and a separate drywall repair company.

Removed damaged whole home water filtration system. The job was done well. Did not clean up afterwards. I have leftover pipe on the floor, spare washers in my catch bucket. Considering what I payed for my repair, this small courtesy should have been done. I’ve used this company before & that was not an issue previously.

I had attempted to replace the trim plate behind the shower faucet but the screw was frozen and I was afraid Id damage the faucet. Proactive communications. Always polite and professional. They work hard to get the job done properly the first time. This means they ask questions and verify before digging-in. I like that the work is fixed bid. Other companies provide an estimate then happily blow through it. Not these guys! They honor their bid so you know what you are paying for. Unlike their competitors, Henco’s work is solid and the folks doing the work know the local codes and regulations. Even better, when in doubt, they don’t hesitate to pickup the phone and call their teammates for help. Henco is all around great example of how to run a great plumbing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company came out and installed a new faucet in my granite countertop and it’s absolutely fabulous! The person who installed it was friendly and courteous and pleasant. I will definitely higher this company again for any plumbing need.

The house inspection before we moved in showed grease build up in the sewer drain. Mark showed up on time. He quickly and efficiently cleaned the drain. I was able to see the line on his scope and could easily see why the grease built up at that location. The line has a low point and water stands at that location. His team will be out next week to replace the line at the proper grade. Very courteous and professional.

Im not good at remembering names, but our technician was amazing. Called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, got my drain running again. Was very clear with explanations of what needed done and what he was doing. Very personable and aware of surroundings. Used disinfectant to clean surrounding areas. Price was decent for what he had to do..... 25 years of buildup in my pipes. Would definitely use Henco again.

I am so thankful for Henco Plumbing! From Jacinda on the phone to Mark at my house, they were great. Jacinda didnt think they could fit me in on the day I called but called me back a few minutes later and had someone at my house within an hour. When I couldnt find a company that would make the trip to my house (we live kinda far out) Henco came through! Mark was great. He was professional and informative. Loren was polite, caring, and very helpful. I was extremely grateful the company got someone out quickly for a mysterious and sudden leak from a source not known to me.

Lets start with all the positives. Estimator solved my problems with an idea that was new to me. It was an expensive solution, but perfectly matched my set of issues. The work was scheduled quickly and I didnt have to wait long to have a perfectly working hot water system in my house. They were on-time the morning of the work. The installer realized he needed help because he didnt clearly know how much work was involved. But help came quickly and they got the work done in one day.Two big negatives. First, there was not a good enough clean-up effort after the work. The garage floor was really messy after the water heater work and insulation was still on the floor under the attic access. Second, they discovered that there was less work involved (because gas line was 1 all the way instead of their assumption that they would need to run a new line) but they didnt pass that savings to me in a lower price. For these reasons they lost a star, even though their customer service earned them 4 stars!

Sam did a great job for us finding the leak in our bathroom and fixing it in no time. Sam explained everything and the cost before he started his work and was very informative. We will use Henco again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing anything plumbing installed or repaired.

Henco plumbing installed a brand new water line from the street meter to under my house, pecs pipe with lifetime warranty. They sent out a Plummer by the name of Tony. He was Awesome, courteous, and went right to task, working hard non stop until finished, even arriving early for job, and making sure everything was in perfect working order and cleaned up before any payment was made. I would also like to mention Steve Mill , from Evergreen Boring bored the line in and it went perfect, and he also was a very positive individual. I talked to 4 other companies before I chose them, and now I know they will always be my Choice. When you call them a cheerful person by the name of Amber will help you with your situation.

Henco Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing all the old galvanized supply pipes in our house with a new pexA system, as well as replacing the galvanized water service from the meter. On schedule, pleasant and competent, for a good price, using high quality components, I plan to hire Henco again. We hired Henco to change out all the pipes and fixtures and the water heater in our 2 bedroom condo. A study done by our association concluded that the plumbing is near the end of its useful life and at increasing risk of failure as time rolls by.Our experience with Henco has been A+. The office staff, estimator and technicians werepositive, responsive and courteous.The technicians showed up as scheduled. They cleaned up after each work day. They did quality work (as commented on by neighbors knowledgeable about plumbing). One of our wall lamps got broken by accident and the office compensated us for the loss without hesitation.This was the second job Henco has done for us and we would hire them again.

Mark Dominquez was the plumber that came out to do a sewer scope on a property my client was buying, he called to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he explained what he was doing and asked if any questions. At the completion he explained the pipes were in good working order and then some maintenance things to do in future to keep it going well. Overall a great person and company, will use again.

Henco is fantastic. Easy to schedule, work has been done well & when there was an issue they made it right. Brit has done two jobs for us; both were great. And they even came out on a Sunday with no up charge. Fair prices & good work all around.

I called Henco as soon as they opened for an emergency and they were able to fit me in and send someone over to my apartment within two hours of my call. Their technician Sam who arrived was incredibly helpful and explained everything that needed to be done in detail, as well as optional long-term fixes that should be done to my older unit to prevent future issues. He even went so far as to look up videos and photos of the parts that failed to explain how and why this type of failure occurs. He also informed me of some things that were not up to code, and provided me with comprehensive estimates for everything.This was my first time needing to contact a plumber for an issue, and was initially worried about the potential for unexpected costs or a huge bill, but Sam was very up front about the costs and was clear that I had control over what we decided to do and where we went from here. There was no pushiness, and were extremely empathetic to my situation. They are also continuing to strictly adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and remained masked and distanced the entire time they were here, which I definitely appreciated.As long as I live in this area I wont be calling anyone else for plumbing services. Thank you all so much, and especially to Sam. This experience assuaged my fears of calling the pros, and Ill always recommend them to anyone else.

I had another company come out first and what they were telling me didnt make sense, so I had Henco come out for a second opinion and so glad i did.they explained everything in detail and educated me in the situation. They were able to fix the problem very quickly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Henco was very responsive and ultimately did a good job on the work in my kitchen. I was rescheduled a few times, so if you get the afternoon slot, there is a chance you will receive a call day of saying they need to reschedule. Other than that, they were willing to work with my needs and get the job done.

We had a cracked/ broken kitchen drain in the wall. Called Henco and they sent out Zach. This is my first experience with having to call a plumber ever and i was nervous. Zack was amazing! He took a look, explained the options and approximate cost. Zack made the repairs very quickly, and explained what he was doing. My overall experience was great! I will call Henco for any future plumbing needs i have. And if Im lucky they would send Zack again!

The plumber was very professional my only disappointment was I thought the service call would be deducted from the bill not be added on top of the bill. But they didnt take advantage of me because it was an emergency situation either so that makes me happy.

A leak of unknown origin developed at my house, so the water had to be shut off. Of course this happened on a Friday night, and many plumbing service companies arent open on weekends - even some that advertise emergency repair services. Others were either booked up, or dont provide leak detection services. Thankfully, HENCO does do leak detection, and when I called them the next morning, they sent a technician to my house only a few hours later! He found that the water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. The following morning (Sunday), he was back at 9:15 a.m., with a nice new water heater, and completed the installation in less than two hours. Im very happy with the service HENCO has provided.

I thought the cost was very high for the work done.( replacing wax ring under toilet ) I had disassembled the toilet before hand and had it ready for the ring. Jesse was very professional and did a thorough job. ( no more leaking )He reassembled the toilet and replaced the two floor bolts. Took about 1 1/2 hrs. Total cost $ 387. Also l didn’t get an invoice unless you E mailed it. I haven’t looked.

We twice scheduled an appointment for an estimate on removing a dishwasher and they were not able to make either appointment due to unforeseen work issues. We had to call to find out they were not coming that day, but Amber (in the office) was very helpful and apologetic and helped us get through to the estimator. That part of our experience was frustrating, but we did get an estimate and Owen reduced the price to make up for what happened.Tony came to do the work on time, and called when he was on his way. He answered our questions and was very personable and professional. We appreciated that he put on shoe coverings to protect our floors. He did exactly what we asked, and we are happy with the work.The staff seems to be very knowledgeable and we would recommend Henco for any plumbing needs.

I have used many plumbers in the past. Many of them don’t answer their phones or they take a long time getting back to me.Henco Plumbing is the best plumbing company that I have used. They have someone who answers the phone and they schedule the service call right then and there. The work they did was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I apparently had a water leak, so I called them out. They were very professional and courteous even though they couldnt help me with the problem I was having (it was probably not related to the plumbing, maybe the fire sprinklers, maybe a leak in the roof). They helped me troubleshoot and identify the next steps I could take so I wouldnt end up spending hundreds of dollars cutting open the ceiling only to figure out they couldnt solve my problems.

You will not find more knowledgeable, competent, and friendly plumbers anywhere! They are nothing short of the very best!

The technician that came out exceeded my expectations in regards to professionalism and customer service. He was happy to show me the work that he did and walked me through the process. He ensured that everything was in perfect working order prior to leaving even after his initial repair of the water heater was complete.

Mark was awesome! I had a slow drain that became a clogged drain. Called at 8am and Mark showed up around 330. It was much worse than a standard clog, the original drains hadnt been maintained for almost 60 years. He gave me a shocking full service quote but leveled with me the original pipes need to be replaced.He offered to clear the clog and hooked me up with some treatment product that will buy me some time while I save for the major repair. He straight up MUSCLED through generations of build up in under an hour. I was only charged about half of the original estimate.As a new homeowner, I really appreciated how he walked me through the problem, configuration, options etc. He offered to give me a quote for the plumbing upgrade, descending into the cramped crawlspace and gave me a ballpark target for the home improvement fund. On the way out he solved a problem that has been driving me crazy with an outside spigot. (I had a sprinkler guy out last year that half no idea why would only work intermittently)Owner/managers of Henco, if youre listening, give Mr. Dominguez a raise and keep him happy! You dont want this guy working for the competition. (P.S. can I specifically request Mark the next time I need a plumber?)

I had a leaking valve to my hot water heater and called Henco. They came out within a couple hours and replaced the very old valve and very rusty pipe. I have used Henco several times in the last few months and they have always done an awesome job. And they are all so great to work with from Amber and Helen in the office to Loren, the tech who did the replace/repair. I won’t use anyone else!

We had a underground water leak that need to be fixed immediately, they came out even with their busy schedule and fixed it. They were fast and Sam was very friendly. I will defiantly be using them more often.

I had noticed water under my hard wood flooring so i called henco plumbing and Sam Dienes came to check it out. Not only did we find the problem which ended up being my washer leaking but he took the time to inspect all my plumbing and told me that all my pipes have been updated recently but my house did not have a pressure regulator so my water pressure was on the high end. He also let me know that the only pipe that hasnt been replaced is the pipe going from my water meter in the front of house and gave me a quote on replacing that and installing the regulator and the benefits of doing those 2 things. I definitely appreciate the straight forward and honest answers he gave me and i will be using this company again if i have any more issues. Which i hope i dont obviously
