Direct Plumbing installed a new main water line replacing the old galvanized pipe. They also replaced a cracked power flush unit in my toilet.. I found communication with them very easy. Eric or another employee always answered the phone or emailed promptly. Tanner came out both times to write up a bid. I appreciated working with a consistent staff.

We originally had decided upon two plumbing(we basically flipped a coin)companies and Direct was our second choice but I wish we would have gone with them first due to the problem we had with the other one.Anyhow, two techs/plumbers from Direct showed up as scheduled. They were very respectful from the start, asking if I wanted them to wear masks or not. Upon entering, they inquired on our two problems, put on shoe coverings/booties and went to work.They were able to quickly resolve the first problem which was pipes knocking. I appreciated how they offered to go with the most affordable option, before deciding the problem may have been more in depth.Our second issue was with a leaky shower, and it turned out the cartridge just needed replaced. Again. I changed it once previously so its likely I screwed something up. Hah!If we have any other problems, we will definitely call Direct again. We have an older 1948 ranch house that had galvanized plumbing throughout and we dreaded getting a repipe, but these guys were reasonably priced and great quality as well. They minimized the amount of drywall and tile they would need to cut and we are so grateful for that. The job was done well and in less then 20 minutes. I am unsure about replacing my copper piping with the new plastic? Maybe that is how its done now?? The hose bib is no longer leaking and for that Im grateful.

Amazing service. I’ve marked these guys down as our forever plumbing service. The technician Tyler was awesome! Quoted us quickly and performed the service within an hour. Pipe made a weird sound through the house every time we flushed. Fixed with $30 worth of parts so not bad for a last call service! Paid 220 total. Others would’ve smashed through the walls to find a loose pipe but they figured it out without having to do that. Very happy.

I had a water leak under my house. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. So I called direct plumbing solutions. Eric came out, and with in twenty minutes diagnosed the problem. In another twenty minutes he fixed it. It was a small leak in a copper line. I highly recommend these guys.

Chris Atkinson came out this morning from Direct Plumbing for a problem with knocking water pipes in an upstairs bathroom. I appreciate the thoroughness in looking into the problem and his willingness to answer questions. We are much closer to finding out what the knocking problem is. During the process, I asked Chris to replace three valves and a valve with new hardware for our shower/tub. He did so expertly and promptly.

Plumber Chris was working next door so I asked him a couple of questions about changing out my plastic angle stops. An hour after getting some supplies, I had 14 new metal stops. Quick, Clean, Nice.

We needed a jetted tub fixed. The one we had was really old and not functional. And I mean old. It was pink... I got a reasonable estimate on seven inspection items needed attention. Tyler made the repairs faster than anticipated, so I ended up paying half of the original estimate! I called the day after Christmas at 4:55 pm right before they closed and they were able to schedule someone to come see me the next day at one. I liked their communication via text letting me know when the plumber would arrive. And I liked having a one hour window instead of a longer time period. Chris showed up right on time and was able to fix our leak with minimal invasion to the wall (the pipes were of course not accessible) and vacuumed and cleaned my garage before he left! Fantastic!

The primary issue was a kitchen faucet that had broken. I had a toilet that was having annoying lever problems taken care of at the same time. The kitchen faucet installation went very smoothly. The toilet lever installation had a problem. The technician was out in hours to fix the problem, with a positive attitude. Another problem arose, and as soon as they office was alerted, they scheduled an appointment. Again, no hassle over what had caused the problem. I was unable to be at home for the last appointment, and I was comfortable telling them where the spare key was so the work could be done without my being there. I have complete trust in this company and its technicians.
